1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Tineco FLOOR ONE S6 Stretch Steam Corded Wet Dry Vacuum Steam Mop. This all-in-one cleaning solution is designed to simplify your floor care routine by combining vacuuming, mopping, and high-temperature steam cleaning. Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before use to ensure safe and optimal operation of your appliance.

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed to avoid fire, electric shock, or injury. Please observe the following:

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing.
• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not allow children to play with the appliance. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.

4. Setup

4.1 Assembling the Main Unit

1. Insert the handle into the main unit until you hear a click. Ensure it is securely fastened.
2. Place the main unit onto the Drying & Charging Dock. Connect the power adapter to the dock and plug it into a wall outlet.

4.2 Filling the Clean Water Tank

1. Press the Clean Water Tank release button and remove the tank from the main unit.
2. Open the tank cap and fill with cold tap water up to the MAX line. Do not use hot water.
3. If desired, add one capful of Tineco cleaning solution to the clean water tank. Do not use other cleaning solutions.
4. Close the tank cap securely and reinsert the Clean Water Tank into the main unit until it clicks into place.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On and Steam Preparation

1. Ensure the appliance is plugged into a power outlet.
2. Press the Power Button on the handle to turn on the appliance.
3. The appliance will begin heating the water for steam. This process typically takes around 60 seconds for the first use and about 45 seconds for subsequent uses. The display will indicate when steam is ready.

5.2 Cleaning Modes and Features

• Tineco BoostSteam Technology: High-pressure steam instantly liquefies stubborn grime, grease, and deep-seated dirt effortlessly.
• 320°F High-Temp Steam Cleaning: Heats steam up to 320°F, ensuring the outlet temperature does not fall below 210°F, effectively dissolving stubborn grease and stains.
• iLoop Smart Sensor: The intelligent iLoop sensor detects dirt on your floor and automatically adjusts suction power and water flow for optimal cleaning efficiency. The LED display will change color (red for dirty, blue for clean) to indicate the floor's cleanliness.
• 180° Lay-Flat Design: With a slimmer body and a height of just 5.1 inches when laid flat, the appliance easily maneuvers under furniture and into low areas to clean hidden dust.
• Dual-sided Edge Cleaning: The brush head is designed to effectively clean along baseboards, ensuring that every corner is thoroughly cleaned.

6. Maintenance

6.1 One-Touch Self-Cleaning System

After each cleaning session, place the appliance on the Drying & Charging Dock and press the self-cleaning button on the handle. The appliance will automatically perform a self-cleaning cycle:

1. Step 1: Self-cleaning with Steam & Heated Water: Using steam and fresh heated water, the system effectively dissolves stains from the pipe to the brush roller, providing a superior self-cleaning result.
2. Step 2: Centrifugal Air Drying: The system effectively removes water from the brush roller for a hygienic, odor-free home.

6.2 Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

The Dirty Water Tank should be emptied after each use. Press the release button and remove the tank. Open the lid and dispose of the dirty water and debris. Rinse the tank with clean water and allow it to air dry before reinserting.

6.3 Cleaning the Brush Roller and Filter

Regularly inspect and clean the brush roller and dry filter to maintain optimal performance. The brush roller can be removed by opening the brush cover. Wash the brush roller and filter with water and allow them to air dry completely before reinstallation. Replace the brush roller every 3-6 months and the filter every 2-3 months, or as needed.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Tineco FLOOR ONE S6 Stretch Steam, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

• No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet and the charging dock. Check for any tripped circuit breakers.
• No Steam: Verify that the Clean Water Tank is filled with water and properly installed. Allow sufficient time (up to 60 seconds) for the appliance to heat up.
• Poor Suction: Check if the Dirty Water Tank is full and needs emptying. Ensure the brush roller and filter are clean and free from blockages.
• Unpleasant Odor: Regularly empty and clean the Dirty Water Tank, brush roller, and filter. Run the self-cleaning cycle after each use.
• Appliance Not Charging: Ensure the appliance is correctly placed on the Drying & Charging Dock and the power adapter is connected.
