When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE. Failure to follow all warnings and instructions could result in electric shock, fire, or serious personal injury.
WARNING - To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:
- This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- The appliance shall not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been given instructions.
- Use the appliance indoors only, on hard floor surfaces such as vinyl, tile, varnished wood, etc. Be careful not to go over loose objects or carpet edges. If the brush gets stuck, it may cause premature belt failure.
- Do not allow the appliance to be used as a toy. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children, pets or plants.
- Use the appliance only as indicated in this manual. Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged. If the appliance has been dropped or damaged, left outdoors, dropped into water or is not working as it should, take it to a service center.
- Do not handle the charger, including the charger plug, or charger terminals with wet hands.
- Do not insert any object into openings. Do not use the appliance if any of its openings are blocked. Keep it free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce airflow.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.
- Use extreme caution when cleaning on stairs.
- Do not vacuum flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
- Do not vacuum anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches or ashes.
- Do not use the appliance without the filter.
- Avoid accidental starts. Ensure the switch is in the off position before picking up or moving the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or activating the appliance with the switch in the on position may cause accidents.
- Always turn off the appliance before making adjustments, changing accessories, or storing it. Such preventive measures reduce the risk of accidentally starting the appliance.
- Only charge with the Tineco-specified charging base. A charging base suitable for one type of battery may create a fire hazard if used with another type of battery.
- Use appliances only with Tineco batteries specifically designated for them. The use of any other type of battery may present risks of fire and personal injury.
- If the battery is misused, liquid may leak from the battery. Avoid contact with this liquid. If accidental contact occurs, wash with plenty of water. If the liquid comes into contact with eyes, seek medical attention. Battery liquid may cause irritation or burns.
- Do not use the battery or appliance if they are damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior and cause fire, explosion, or risk of personal injury.
- Do not expose the battery or appliance to fire or excessive heat. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 130°C may cause an explosion.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery or appliance at temperatures outside the range specified in the instructions. Incorrect charging or charging at a temperature outside the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
- Repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel using only identical spare parts. This will ensure that the product safety is maintained.
- This appliance contains non-replaceable battery cells. Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or battery, except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
- Always turn off the appliance before connecting or disconnecting the motorized nozzle.
- Do not charge or store the appliance outdoors or in a vehicle. Charge, store, or use the battery only in dry indoor areas where the temperature is above 4°C but below 40°C. The charger is only suitable for indoor use.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up ultrafine particles, such as lime, cement, sawdust, powdered gypsum, or ashes.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up sharp objects, such as metal nails, glass shards, metal clips, or pins.
- Do not use the appliance to pick up hazardous chemicals and materials, such as solvents, drain cleaners, strong acids, or strong alkalis.
- Stop using the appliance immediately if it overheats, makes unusual noises, produces unusual odors, suction is low, or it drips electricity.
- Turn off the cleaner and unplug it from the power outlet for prolonged storage.
- Always clean the dirty water tank after each use to prevent possible blockages that could cause low suction, motor overheating, or reduce the lifespan of the appliance.
- After use, store the appliance properly in a dry indoor location.
- Do not place or immerse the appliance in stagnant water or attempt to clean flooded areas.
- All technical data and instructions in this manual are based on laboratory test results from Tineco or designated third parties. The company reserves all rights to final explanations.
- The plug must be disconnected from the outlet before cleaning or performing maintenance on the appliance.
- There is a risk of tripping if the appliance is placed on the power cord.
- Do not use the appliance if the water depth is more than 5 mm above the surface.
- Do not pull the cord to unplug the appliance. Grasp the plug, not the cord.
- When not using the battery, keep it away from metallic objects, such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, and other small metallic objects that could create a connection between the battery terminals. Short-circuiting the battery terminals can cause burns or fire.
- Use only Tineco cleaning products intended for use with this machine to reduce the risk of fire and electric shock.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when plugged in. Unplug it from the power supply when not in use and before servicing.
Scope of Use
- The cordless hard floor cleaner should be used on indoor hard floors, such as vinyl, tile, varnished wood, etc. Its use on rough surfaces may not yield optimal results.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources, such as fireplaces or radiators, to prevent deformation of the casing.
- Do not use the appliance to collect flammable or combustible liquids, ultrafine particles, sharp objects, hazardous materials, chemicals, or anything that is burning or emitting smoke, as described above.
About the Cleaning Solution
- WARNING - Use only a Tineco cleaning solution intended for use with this machine to avoid the risk of fire and electric shock.
- If a significant amount of cleaning solution enters the motor, it could damage the appliance.
- Add the solution as indicated in the Operation section. It is recommended to use the supplied cleaning solution. Do not use the product with an acidic or alkaline solution or environmentally harmful substances.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and in case of occurrence, rinse with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. If the product is ingested, seek medical attention.
- Dirty water and solution should be disposed of in accordance with local environmental regulations.
About the Appliance
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance, except as indicated in the instructions for use and cleaning.
- The appliance should only be used with the supplied power supply. The plug must be disconnected from the outlet before cleaning or performing maintenance on the appliance.
- Use extreme caution when cleaning on stairs.
- Ensure the power switch is in the off position before picking up or moving the appliance. Do not leave the appliance lying down or tilted to prevent dirty water from entering the motor.
- To avoid accidentally tripping over the appliance, place it on the charging base.
- Always install the dirty water tank and clean water tank correctly before use.
- Do not allow the appliance or charging base to get wet to avoid the risk of fire or injury caused by a short circuit.
- WARNING: To charge the battery, use only the removable power supply unit included with this appliance.

Recycling Instructions in Accordance with Battery Law
The rechargeable battery contains environmentally harmful materials and must therefore be removed from the appliance before disposal. The appliance must be turned off to remove the rechargeable battery.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. All users must deliver batteries and rechargeable batteries, whether they contain hazardous substances or not, to collection points in their municipality/district or to a dealer for environmentally sound disposal. Batteries and rechargeable batteries must only be returned when discharged.

- Cleaning and deodorizing solution: Eliminates dirt, stuck-on dirt, grease, and tough stains from almost all hard surfaces, such as tiles, marble, varnished hardwood floors, etc. Always use Tineco solution in the appliance. Add one capful of solution to each full tank of clean water.
- Roller brush: The soft roller brush with bristles can be used to vacuum and wash at the same time. It can be easily cleaned with the self-cleaning function.
- Dry filter: The dry filter and filter mesh can block large particles and debris to ensure the durability of the appliance. Install the dry filter before using the appliance, otherwise, weak suction may occur.
- Cleaning tool: A complete brush for cleaning the DWT, brush chamber, and opening. The tool also has a bristle end for removing dirt and mud from the roller and DWT.

Assembly/Disassembly
Note: For information on the brush and water tank assembly, refer to the "Operation" and "Maintenance" sections.
To assemble the handle, insert it into the appliance until you hear a click. ?
If the handle needs to be removed, press the spring with a tool (e.g., a screwdriver) to release the handle and separate it from the appliance once released.
Operation
Preparation for Use
- Before using the appliance for the first time, charge it for 4-5 hours (refer to "Charging Instructions" for more information).
- Based on Tineco laboratory test results. Laboratory temperature: 4°C-40°C.
Pressing the ① button will start the appliance in AUTO mode by default. Press it again to turn off the appliance. To switch between AUTO, MAX, and SUCTION modes, press the button ?.
Tip:
- Solution/Water-only mode: The appliance defaults to Solution mode. When the appliance is upright, press and hold for 3s to switch between modes.
- Switch to Water-only mode: LED loop: Red → Blue (use water only)
- Switch to Solution mode: LED loop: Blue → Red (use cleaning solution)
Wi-Fi/Mute/Language Change Button
- Short press to adjust volume.
- Press twice to change language. (More languages will be added, refer to the actual product for now.)
- Press and hold for 3 seconds to connect to the network.
To clean under the bed and furniture, first place the appliance horizontally.
The appliance will stop working when placed upright and will resume when reclined.
After use, place the appliance on the charging base vertically to recharge and store it.
Note:
- It is essential to select the appropriate mode according to the clean water tank content to achieve the highest dirt detection efficiency.
- Do not vacuum foamy liquids.
- To vacuum residual water on the surface, the appliance will continue to run for 3 seconds after disconnection.
Filling the Clean Water Tank
Press the clean water tank release button to remove it from the appliance.
Open the tank cap and fill with tap water. When deep cleaning is needed, add one capful of solution to the CWT and close the cap tightly.
Note: Use only water below 60°C. DO NOT USE HOT WATER.
Reinstall the tank in the appliance. You will hear a click when it is correctly installed.
Charging Instructions
- To charge the appliance, plug in the charging base and place the appliance on it.
- To avoid tripping hazards, place the appliance on the charging base near a wall during charging.
Warning:
- Charge the appliance only with the Tineco-supplied charger.
- If the appliance will be unused for a long time, charge it once every 3 months for optimal performance. Full charge may take 4-5 hours (half an hour more or less).
- Store the appliance in a dry, indoor location. Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight or temperatures below freezing. Recommended temperature range: 4°C-40°C.
Selecting the Cleaning Mode
AUTO Mode
- In AUTO mode, the iLoop sensor automatically detects floor dirt and applies the appropriate amount of detergent and suction power.
- If the dirt detection loop is red, it indicates more dirt is detected, and if it is blue, less dirt is detected. This mode automatically provides the best cleaning solution.
MAX Mode
- In AUTO mode, press the ? button once to access MAX mode.
- In MAX mode, the appliance will apply maximum suction power and spray water/solution to tackle stubborn stains.
SUCTION Mode
- In AUTO mode, press the ? button twice to access SUCTION mode.
- In SUCTION mode, the appliance will absorb water. This mode is recommended for use on wet surfaces.
CUSTOM Mode
- This mode allows users to enjoy a fully personalized furniture cleaning experience. Adjust personalized settings in the app before switching to this mode on the appliance.
Note: Keep sharp objects away from the digital display to prevent scratches and scuffs.
Indicator
During Use
- Off: Motor malfunction, battery malfunction, charging anomaly.
- Solid blue light: Dirt sensor is faulty or blocked.
- Flashing indicator: Dirty water tank is full or the channel is blocked.
- Flashing indicator: CWT empty.
- Flashing indicator: Roller brush is obstructed.
- Illuminated indicator: Wi-Fi connection is successfully established.
- Flashing indicator: Wi-Fi is connecting.
- Off: Wi-Fi is not connected. Connect to the network.
- Flashing indicator: Appliance requires self-cleaning.
- Battery level > 20%: Solid green battery icon.
- Battery level 10%-20%: Solid red battery icon.
- Battery level < 10%: Flashing red battery icon.
During Charging
- 80% Tineco logo indicator: pulsing.
Fully Charged
- 100% Tineco logo indicator: illuminated. After 5 minutes: all indicator lights turn off.
Charging Time
- A full charge takes about 4-5 hours.
- Estimated data was obtained in a Tineco laboratory at ambient temperatures between 4°C and 40°C.

Maintenance
Note: For optimal performance and to prevent odors, always clean and dry the DWT, CWT, filters, and roller brush completely after each use.
- Ensure all parts are correctly installed, otherwise the appliance may not function correctly.
- Do not soak the appliance or wash it under running water.
- Water may remain in the appliance due to factory inspection.
- After maintenance, place the appliance on the charging base in an upright position. Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight and store it in a dry, enclosed place.
Main Body
To reduce the risk of injury, turn off the appliance before performing maintenance.
Use a cloth to wipe the surface with a neutral detergent. The cloth should be dry to prevent water from entering the appliance.
Clean the dust bin with a damp cloth or cleaning tool.
Dirty Water Tank

- When the dirty water reaches the maximum level line, the appliance stops working, displays a reminder on the screen, and plays a voice prompt.
- Pull up the tank lid to empty the DWT. Use the cleaning tool to remove remaining debris. Rinse the inside of the DWT and reinstall it in the appliance.
Dry Filter and DWT Lid

- Grasp the recessed area on each side of the dry filter and pull upwards. Rinse under the tap and ensure it is completely dry before reassembling it with the DWT lid.
- The appliance includes a spare dry filter for easy replacement.
Self-cleaning the Roller Brush
- Place the appliance on the charging base after use; the sensor will automatically detect the dirt level.
- When you hear the voice prompt "Please start self-cleaning", press the self-cleaning button ? to start the process.
- Once completed, you will hear a voice prompt indicating that self-cleaning is finished and that you should clean the dirty water tank. At this point, the appliance will begin charging.
Note:
- Check that the charging base is plugged in and the battery level is >25%.
- Before the self-cleaning cycle, clean the dirty water tank and ensure the clean water tank level is above 40%.
Roller Brush

Press the clean water tank release button to remove it from the appliance.
To remove the roller brush, hold the roller brush tab and pull outwards.
Use the cleaning tool to remove hair and debris that wrap around the roller and rinse the roller and the rear part of the CWT with water. Allow them to dry completely before reinstalling.
Remove hair and dirt from the roller brush chamber and opening with a cleaning tool.
To reinstall the roller brush, insert the left end of the handle, then attach the roller tab to the magnetic buckle on the right side to lock it.
Reinstall the tank in the appliance. You will hear a click when it is correctly installed.
Brush Roller Replacement

Pull up the roller brush handle to remove it. Once removed, install the handle on the new brush roller.
When uninstalling, do not pull directly on the brush roller pull ring. ❌
Note:
- The appliance includes a spare brush roller for easy replacement.
- Replace the brush roller every 6 months to maintain optimal performance.

Warranty
LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY
- Only applies to purchases made from authorized Tineco retailers.
- Subject to compliance with the requirements described in this instruction manual and other conditions described below.
- This warranty is governed and interpreted according to the laws of the country where the purchase was made. We offer a 2-year warranty or a warranty period as stipulated by applicable local law, whichever is longer.
WHAT IS COVERED?
- The Tineco appliance has a 2-year warranty against original defects in materials and workmanship, when used for private household purposes in accordance with the Tineco instruction manual. Motorized accessories and batteries purchased separately have a 1-year warranty.
- This warranty provides, at no additional cost, all labor and parts necessary to ensure the appliance is in good working order during the warranty period.
- This warranty is only valid if the appliance is used in the country where it was sold.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Tineco will not be responsible for costs, damages, or repairs incurred as a result of:
- Appliances purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
- Improper handling or careless handling, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance, as well as uses not conforming to the Tineco instruction manual.
- Use of the appliance for purposes other than normal household purposes, e.g., for commercial purposes or rental.
- Use of parts not conforming to the Tineco instruction manual.
- Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by Tineco.
- External factors not related to product quality and use, such as climate, modifications, accidents, power outages, voltage surges, or natural causes.
- Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized persons or agents.
- Failure to remove blockages and other hazardous materials from the appliance.
- Normal wear and tear, including normal wear parts such as the transparent container, belt, filter, HEPA filter, brush bar, and power cord (or due to identified external damage or abuse), damage to carpets or floors due to improper use or non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Reduced battery discharge time due to use or age.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
- Any implied warranty related to the appliance, including, but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the duration of this warranty.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original owner and original battery; it is non-transferable.
- This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by region.
- Manufacturer warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as product use, where the product was purchased, or from whom it was purchased. Review the warranty carefully and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.

Failure to register the appliance does not void warranty rights.
How to make a claim: Keep your proof of purchase. To make a claim under your limited warranty, you must send the serial number and the original purchase receipt with the purchase date and order number.
All work will be the responsibility of Tineco or an authorized agent. Any defective part replaced will become the property of Tineco. Service under this warranty will not extend the period of this warranty.
