3. Setup and Assembly

The Aoxun shed is designed for straightforward assembly. Please follow the included illustrated manual carefully. For optimal results, we recommend the following:

• Team Assembly: 3-4 adults can typically complete the setup in approximately 3 hours using basic tools. Having a second pair of hands is highly beneficial for holding and piecing components together.
• Preparation: Ensure you have plenty of space to lay out all pieces. Organize screws and small parts to prevent loss.
• Dry Fit: Before final assembly, dry fit components to understand how they correctly align. Pay close attention to how panels overlap; typically, sides/ends with LARGE HOLES go over pieces with SMALL HOLES.
• Tools: A power driver or drill is highly recommended for efficient installation of the numerous screws.
• Base Installation: If adding a floor, ensure the ground is level. The extruded side of the base should face upwards to allow panels to screw into the extrusions. Corner braces should also face upwards (like a 'U').
• Panel Alignment: Ensure corner panels are correctly positioned (short side on the long side of the base). Do not screw in the ends of side panels until overlaps are confirmed.
• Roof Braces: All roof brace pieces should face downwards (reverse 'U'). Ensure the LARGE HOLE side overlaps the SMALL HOLE piece.
• Door Braces: Do not overlook installing door braces after attaching top braces.
• Door Lock: The lock may need to be disassembled to attach correctly; remove the large nut, then screw the lock in with the nut on the inside of the door panel.

The packaging includes protective plastic corner guards, EPE foam, and air cushions to minimize transit damage.

• Load Capacity: Do not exceed the floor's load-bearing capacity of 82 pounds per cubic foot. Overloading can compromise the shed's structural integrity.
• Heavy Machinery: Exercise caution when handling and storing heavy machinery inside the shed.
• Weather Conditions: While designed to withstand various weather conditions, take extra precautions during severe weather, such as heavy rains or strong winds.
