- Sloping Roof Design: Facilitates rainwater runoff, preventing accumulation and potential leaks on the roof.
2. Safety Information
WARNING: This product requires assembly. Use appropriate tools and follow the instructions carefully. This shed is heavy (66.58 pounds) and large (5'x3'). Ensure proper handling and support during assembly to prevent injury. Be aware of sharp metal edges during assembly and use. Always wear work gloves, eye protection, and long sleeves when assembling or performing any maintenance. Do not attempt assembly on days with strong winds or low temperatures.
3. Site Preparation
Before beginning assembly, ensure the ground surface is level. It is recommended to construct a wooden or concrete base as a foundation for optimal stability and longevity of the shed. Measure the ground with a tool to confirm it is perfectly level before proceeding with installation.

4. Assembly Instructions
Review all instructions and identify all parts before beginning. It is recommended to use a clean work surface for pre-assembly steps. Follow all steps thoroughly.
4.1. Base Frame Assembly
Begin by assembling the base frame components. Connect the frame pieces using the provided screws and washers, ensuring a secure and square foundation. Verify diagonal measurements to confirm the base is perfectly square before fully tightening all bolts.

4.2. Wall Panel Installation
Attach the vertical wall panels to the assembled base frame. Ensure each panel is correctly oriented and securely fastened with screws and washers. Work around the perimeter, gradually building up the walls.

4.3. Roof Frame and Panel Installation
Install the triangular roof panels and then the main roof panels. Secure them to the top frame using appropriate fasteners. The sloping design aids in water runoff.

4.4. Door Installation
Assemble the doors and attach them to the shed frame using the provided hinges and hardware. Ensure the doors open and close smoothly and that the locking mechanism functions correctly. Two people are needed for door installation: one to close the door and insert the pin, while the other adjusts the gap outside the door. After making sure the gap is even, the person inside installs the DDZ screws SP6-20.

5. Operating Instructions
To open the shed doors, unlatch the locking mechanism and pull the handles outwards. To close, push the doors firmly together until they meet, then engage the latch. For added security, a padlock (not included) can be used with the integrated locking system.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the shed's exterior with mild soap and water to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the galvanized steel finish.
- Rust Prevention: Inspect the shed periodically for any signs of rust, especially in areas where the paint might be chipped. Touch up any affected areas with rust-inhibiting paint to prevent further corrosion.
- Drainage: Ensure the area around the shed is clear of debris to allow for proper water drainage from the sloping roof.
- Snow Load: While the shed is designed to withstand some snow, in areas with heavy snowfall, it is advisable to clear excessive snow from the roof to prevent structural stress.
7. Troubleshooting
- Dents/Damage: Due to the nature of metal panels, minor dents can occur during shipping or handling. Small dents can often be gently flattened by hand. For significant damage, contact customer support.
- Leaks: Ensure all screws, especially on the roof and panel seams, are properly tightened with their respective washers. The sloping roof design is intended to prevent leaks, but improper assembly can compromise this.
- Door Alignment: If doors do not close smoothly, check that the base frame is square and level. Adjust hinges or realign panels as needed.
