PLAN AHEAD

Before beginning installation, check local building codes regarding footings, location, and other requirements. Study and understand this instruction. Important information and helpful tips will make your installation easier and more enjoyable.

Tools and Materials: There are some basic tools and materials you will need for the installation. Decide which method of anchoring and the type of foundation you wish to use in order to form a complete list of the materials you will need.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Assembly Instruction: Instructions are supplied in this manual and contain all appropriate information for your installation. Review all instructions before you begin, and during assembly, follow the step sequence carefully for correct results.

Parts List: Check to be sure that you have all the necessary parts and quantities in your package. These are packaged within the carton. Note that extra fasteners have been supplied for your convenience.

Explosion Diagram: All parts except screws and bolts are shown in this diagram. Review all parts before you begin. Familiarize yourself with the hardware and fasteners for easier use during installation.

WARNING

• For your safety, please do not stand under the metal shed in heavy wind or snow days.
• For safety, please use expansion screws to reinforce the posts to the ground.
• In extreme weather conditions, you can use a rope to pull the four corners of the gazebo to keep it stable.
• Please clear the snow off the roof in time for heavy snowfall.
• Make sure all screws are tightened before use.
• Repeat to confirm all screws, buckles, and straps every 90 days.
• Please keep all screws loose during the assembly process and tighten them after completing the installation.
• Do not use or store objects in the Metal Shed with open flames or flammable chemicals.
• Please note that some parts have sharp edges and should be handled with gloves.
• If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, discontinue use of the product until repairs are made or factory replacement parts are installed.
• Installation of the product in a manner that does not conform to the manufacturer's instructions may result in the loss of the warranty policy for this product.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

1. Use "BS1L" and "BS1" to connect with "BL" (not specified in parts list, assumed to be part of the base structure), and fix them with 2 "F1" screws respectively.

   Connect one end of part "BF3" to part "BS2" and the other end of part "BF3" to the top of part "BS1L". Secure with 4 "F1" screws.

2. "BS2" is connected to "BS2L". Secure with two "F1" screws.

   Connect one end of part "BF3" to part "BS2" and the other end of part "BF3" to the top of part "BS1L". Secure with 4 "F1" screws.

3. Connect one end of part "BF3" to part "BS2" and the other end of part "BF3" to the top of part "BS1L", "fix" V2" with 4 screws "F1" and spacers.

4. Connect one end of part "BF3" to part "BS2L" and the other end of part "BF3" to the top of part "BS1", Secure with 4 "F1" screws.

5. Use 3 "F1" part screws and 3 "V2" part washers. Install attachment "WS2A" at the junction of "BS1L" and "BF3".

6. Use 4 "F1" part screws and 4 "V2" part washers. Install attachment "WS2A" at the junction of "BS1" and "BF3".

7. Use 4 "F1" part screws and 4 "V2" part washers. Install attachment "WS2A" at the junction of "BS2" and "BF3".

8. Repeat the above steps to connect the remaining parts. "WS2A" is installed at the junction of "BS2L" and "BF3".

9. Part "C2" is inserted into part "US1" and secured to the top of "WS2A" above "BS1L" using 2 "F1" screws and "V2" washers.

10. Insert part "GS" and part "C2" into each end of "US1R". Then insert one end of "GS" into the other end of "US1" and use 2 "F1" screws and "V2" washers to fix on the top of "WS2A".

11. Part "C2" is inserted into part "US2" and secured to the top of "WS2A" above "BS2L" using 2 "F1" screws and "V2" washers.

12. Insert part "GS" and part "C2" into each end of "US2L". Then insert one end of "GS" into the other end of "US2" and use 2 "F1" screws and "V2" washers to fix on the top of "WS2A".

13. Insert both sides of "UF1" into "C2" and secure with 2 "F1" screws and "V2" washers.

14. On the other side, insert the two sides of "UF1" into "C2" and fix with 2 "F1" screws and "V2" washers.

15. Install "UR1" on the right side of the door frame. Both upper and lower ends need to be fixed with "F1" screws + "V2" washers.

16. Install "ULA" on the left side of the door frame. Both upper and lower ends need to be fixed with "F1" screws + "V2" washers.

17. As shown, install the exterior wall around the house with 64 "F1" screws and "V2" washers in sequence.

18. Use two "F2" screws to link the "A2" and "A1" together (two "C3" are installed as shown in the picture).

19. Use 6 "F2" to fix the two "M1" and "M1" against each other, as shown in the picture.

20. Install the top beam on the top of the "A1" "A2" combination, and fix the two ends with four "F2" as shown in the figure.

21. Install as shown, use 16 "F1" to fix.

22. The first layer of roof, "PS3" on the left and "PS2" on the right are fixed with 12 "F1" screws and "V2" washers.

23. The second layer of the roof, "PS4" on the left and right sides, and the third layer, "PS1" on the left and right sides, are fixed with 42 "F1" screws and "V2" washers.

24. The last layer of roof is "PS2" on the left and "PS3" on the right using 12 "F1" screws and "V2" washers.

25. 1.Front eaves, "M7" on the left, "M8" on the right, fixed with 4 "F1" screws and "V2" washers. 2.Rear eaves, "M8" on the left side, "M7" on the right side, fixed with 4 "F1" screws and "V2" washers.

26. 1.Place "M6" on the very top of the roof. 2.Use 6 "F1" screws and "V2" washers to install "GE" at the front and rear of "M6".

27. Use "F1" screws to fix the "GC" corners and "M12" "M7" connections and "M12" "M8" connections (four corners).

28. Before installation, please place the parts in the position as shown in the figure below.

29. The upper and lower ends of the "DLA" snap into the part "20".

30. 1.Use 8 "F1" screws to fasten the outside. 2.Use 2 "F4" screws to fasten the "DF" part to the outside of the "DLA".

31. 1.As shown in the picture, install the two "DX2" on the reverse side of the door for reinforcement. 2.Use 3 "F4" screws to fasten the "DG" part to the outside of the "DRA".

32. Install two "DC" in designated locations on the inside of the door.

33. Before installation, please place the parts in the position as shown in the figure below.

34. The upper and lower ends of the "DRA" snap into the part "20".

35. 1.Use 8 "F1" screws to fasten the outside. 2.Use 3 "F4" screws to fasten the "DG" part to the outside of the "DRA".

36. 1.As shown in the picture, install the two "DX2" on the reverse side of the door for reinforcement. 2.Use 3 "F4" screws to fasten the "DG" part to the outside of the "DRA".

37. Use 16 "F3" screws to mount the door in the position shown.

38. AOXUN supplies 50 screw protectors "V1". Use them to cover exposed screws for safety.

Length of return period:

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. In the meanwhile, everything you purchased from AOXUN comes with a one-year warranty.

Who is responsible for the return shipping fee:

AOXUN will cover the return shipping fees if:

• Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship (e.g., torn wicker or misaligned screw holes). AOXUN will send you a prepaid shipping label after photos are sent.
• Your item has been damaged in transit (e.g., glass is broken or wicker is damaged). AOXUN will send you a prepaid shipping label after photos are sent.
• You receive the wrong box(es) due to a warehouse error. AOXUN will send you a prepaid shipping label after photos are sent of the wrong SKU numbers on the outer box(es).
• One or more boxes are lost in transit. AOXUN will send you a prepaid shipping label if you no longer want the item.

*However, AOXUN still hopes to work with you for a better solution instead of a return. Please don't hesitate to contact AOXUN's customer service team.

Customer will cover the return shipping fees if:

• You don't like the product(s) after receiving the box(es).
• You no longer need the product(s) but you have received the box(es).
• You buy the product(s) by mistake but you have received the box(es).
• Order/Shipment cancellation failed and you have received the box(es).

Return request:

In order to get a full refund as described in this return policy, all items must be: (1) In a brand new/unused condition. Please provide photos before and after packaging. (2) When returning, all accessories and parts are firmly packed in all original packaging.

If your return does not meet the requirements, you may not get a full refund.

When will I be refunded? The refund is released once the goods have been returned to AOXUN's warehouse.

What if the product is damaged/defective outside of the valid return period? AOXUN wants you to be a happy customer. Please reach out to AOXUN by email and AOXUN will come up with a solution to make sure you are satisfied.
