This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your AMZCHEF Double Induction Cooktop. This 1800W, 2-burner cooktop is ETL Certified and features 18 power levels (100W-1800W), 20 temperature levels (100°F-465°F), a 10-hour timer, safety lock, and independent control for each burner. It operates on 110-120V power. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.
Important Safety Information
To prevent injury or damage, always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances. This cooktop generates heat and electromagnetic fields. Misuse can result in fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
- Ensure the cooktop is placed on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not immerse the cooktop in water or other liquids.
- Use only magnetic cookware with a flat bottom, between 4.7 inches and 9.4 inches in diameter. Non-magnetic cookware will not work.
- Do not touch the hot surface after cooking; a residual heat reminder will indicate if the surface is still warm.
- Keep children away from the cooktop during operation and utilize the safety lock feature.
- When both burners are in use, the combined power must not exceed 1800W. The maximum power level for a single burner must not exceed P13 when both are active. Refer to the "Power Sharing Feature" section for details.
- Do not block the ventilation openings on the cooktop.
- Unplug the cooktop when not in use and before cleaning.

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the cooktop from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Place the cooktop on a dry, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. Do not place it near heat sources or flammable materials.
- Power Connection: Plug the cooktop into a standard 110-120V electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded.
- Cookware Check: Verify that your cookware is induction-compatible (magnetic) and has a flat bottom. The diameter should be between 4.7 inches and 9.4 inches.

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Power On: Place induction-compatible cookware on the desired burner. Press the "ON/OFF" button for that burner. The display will show "P" or a temperature.
- Select Mode: The cooktop typically defaults to Power mode. To switch between Power (W) and Temperature (°F) modes, press the "Power/Temp" button.
- Adjust Settings: Use the "Increase" (up arrow) and "Decrease" (down arrow) buttons to adjust the power level (P1-P18) or temperature (100°F-465°F).
- Power Off: Press the "ON/OFF" button for the specific burner to turn it off. The display may show "H" indicating residual heat.
Timer Function
- While a burner is active, press the "Timer" button.
- Use the "Increase" and "Decrease" buttons to set the desired cooking time, up to 10 hours.
- The timer will count down, and the burner will automatically shut off when the time expires.
Safety Lock
- To activate the safety lock, press the "Lock" button. This will prevent accidental changes to settings.
- To deactivate, press and hold the "Lock" button again until it unlocks.
Power Sharing Feature
This cooktop features a power-sharing function to manage the total 1800W output. When both burners are in use, the total power is distributed. If one burner is set to a high power level (e.g., P14-P18), the other burner's maximum available power will be reduced or it may not operate. For optimal performance when using both burners simultaneously, ensure neither burner exceeds power level P13.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Surface: After the cooktop has cooled down (indicated by the absence of "H" on the display), wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Cleaning the Vents: Periodically check and clean the ventilation openings to ensure proper airflow. Use a soft brush or cloth to remove dust or debris.
- Storage: If storing the cooktop for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting
