Setup

1. Unpacking and Assembly

The NAVIC T5 Electric Scooter comes largely pre-assembled. Simply attach the handlebars using the provided four screws. Ensure all connections are secure before proceeding.

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. The charger has an input of 100-240V AC and an output of 42V DC (2A). The scooter cannot be turned on while charging. If you connect the charger while the scooter is on, it will automatically turn off.

3. App Installation and Pairing

Download the "365GO" smartphone application (compatible with Android 7.0/iOS 11 systems or newer) to access advanced features and controls. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Turn on the scooter, open the app, tap the Bluetooth button, and select the scooter's code name (e.g., "SN_00567723") to pair. The app allows control of riding modes, lighting, speed gears, cruise control, and displays scooter status.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

To power on or off the scooter, press and hold the power button on the Smart LCD Display for 4 seconds.

2. Riding Modes

The scooter offers three riding modes. Double-press the power button to switch between modes:

• Eco Mode: Approximately 7 MPH (11 KPH) for maximum range.
• Slow Mode: Approximately 11 MPH (18 KPH) for balanced speed and range.
• Sport Mode: Approximately 19 MPH (31 KPH) for maximum speed.

3. Acceleration and Braking

The scooter features a 350W motor capable of handling 15% inclines. It is equipped with a dual-braking system: front EABS anti-lock braking and a rear drum brake. Regular maintenance of the braking system is required to ensure optimal performance. The electric brake setting can be adjusted via the app (1-10), affecting the front wheel's motor braking.

4. Lighting System

The scooter includes ultra-bright LED headlights and brake taillights for enhanced visibility. Single-press the power button to turn the lights on or off. The brake light flashes when brakes are applied, regardless of headlight status.

5. Cruise Control

Enable cruise control via the smartphone app. To engage, maintain the accelerator at a consistent position for 8 seconds. A beep will confirm activation. Tap the brake or accelerator to disengage. Cruise control can help conserve battery life.

6. Folding and Portability

The scooter features a classic folding design, allowing it to fold in approximately 3 seconds. When folded, it measures 42 inches (L) x 18 inches (H) x 17 inches (W) and weighs approximately 30 pounds (14 kg), making it easy to carry and store.

7. Adjustable and Removable Seat

Maintenance

1. General Care

Keep your scooter clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or prolonged direct sunlight.

2. Tire Care

The scooter is equipped with 8.5-inch solid tires, which are puncture-proof and require no air inflation. This eliminates concerns about flats.

• Electric lock issues: The electric lock feature can sometimes prevent reliable unlocking. If the scooter is locked and won't unlock via the app, try plugging in the charger momentarily (which turns off the scooter), then unplug it and turn the scooter back on. It is advisable to use physical locks for security rather than relying solely on the electric lock.
• Steering column unlatches: If the steering column latch disengages on bumps, ensure it is securely fastened. Consider using an additional strap or clamp to reinforce the latch mechanism for safety.
• Decreased speed/acceleration at low battery: As the battery charge drops below approximately 30%, the scooter's acceleration and maximum speed will decrease to conserve power. This is normal operation.
