3. Setup & Installation

The VINGLI Automatic Pool Cleaner is designed for quick and easy setup, typically taking only a few minutes.

  1. Assemble the Hoses: Connect the 12 hose sections together to achieve the required length for your pool. Ensure connections are secure to prevent leaks and maintain suction. The total hose length is approximately 39.6 feet (12 meters).
  2. Attach to Cleaner: Connect one end of the assembled hose to the cleaner unit's inlet.
  3. Connect to Pool System: Attach the other end of the hose to your pool's skimmer or dedicated suction line. Use the provided skimmer cone or adapter to ensure a tight fit.
  4. Submerge Cleaner: Slowly lower the cleaner into the pool, allowing it to fill with water and sink to the bottom. Ensure all air is purged from the hose and cleaner.
  5. Start Pump: Turn on your pool pump. The cleaner requires a 1.5HP or stronger pump for optimal performance.

4. Operating Instructions

Once installed, the VINGLI Automatic Pool Cleaner operates automatically, moving across the pool floor and climbing walls to clean. For best results, ensure your pool pump is running at the recommended power.

  • Automatic Operation: The cleaner will move randomly across the pool surface, collecting debris through its powerful suction. Its smart traction system allows it to navigate corners and climb walls.
  • Adjusting Suction Power: The cleaner includes an adjustable flow regulator valve. If the cleaner moves too slowly or too quickly, or if suction seems insufficient, adjust this valve to optimize performance.
  • Debris Collection: The cleaner is designed to pick up various types of debris, including twigs, bugs, sand, and algae.

5. Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your VINGLI Automatic Pool Cleaner.

  • Empty Skimmer Basket: Regularly check and empty your pool's skimmer basket, as this is where the debris collected by the cleaner will accumulate. A full basket can reduce suction efficiency.
  • Inspect Hoses: Periodically check the hoses for kinks, cracks, or blockages. Ensure all connections remain tight.
  • Clean Cleaner Unit: If the cleaner's performance diminishes, inspect its underside for any lodged debris or obstructions in the suction port. Rinse the unit with fresh water after use, especially if used in a saltwater pool.
  • Store Properly: When not in use for extended periods, store the cleaner and hoses in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
