Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage. Inspect the unit for any damage.
2. Placement:
   • Place the ice maker on a firm, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources (e.g., stoves, furnaces, radiators).
   • Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space around the unit for proper air circulation.

3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker.
   • Open the drain plug at the bottom of the unit to drain any residual water.
   • Wipe the interior with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.

4. Filling the Water Tank:
   • Open the water tank lid.
   • Fill the 1.8L water tank with clean, potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.

Operating Instructions

Making Ice

1. Ensure the water tank is filled with water and the unit is plugged in.
2. Press the "ICE" button on the control panel to start the ice-making cycle. The "ICE" indicator light will illuminate.
3. The ice maker will begin producing nugget ice. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer.
4. When the ice basket is full, the "ICE-FULL" indicator will light up, and the ice making process will pause automatically.
5. When the water level is low, the "WATER SHORTAGE" indicator will light up. Refill the water tank to resume ice production.
6. To stop ice production, press the "ICE" button again.

Self-Cleaning Function

The self-cleaning function helps maintain the hygiene of your ice maker.

1. Ensure the water tank is filled with clean water.
2. Press and hold the "CLEAN" button for a few seconds to activate the self-cleaning cycle. The "CLEAN" indicator light will illuminate.
3. The unit will circulate water through its internal system. This cycle typically lasts several minutes.
4. Once the cycle is complete, drain the water from the unit using the bottom drain plug.
5. Repeat the cleaning cycle with fresh water if necessary.
