5. Setup

  1. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the massager's input port, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Using the Massager:

  1. Press the ON/OFF button to start the massager. It will typically begin on Side A with a default massage mode and intensity.
  2. Use the Intensity button to select your preferred massage strength.
  3. Cycle through different massage patterns with the Mode button.
  4. Change the rotation direction of the massage nodes using the Direction button.
  5. To activate or adjust heat on Side A, use the Heat-A button.
  6. To switch to Side B for heat-only, press the Switch B/A button. Then use the Heat-B button to adjust the heat level.
  7. The massager features a 15-minute auto-off timer for safety and convenience.
