This manual provides detailed instructions for assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.

2. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using the DREAME H15 Mix. Retain this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Always ensure the appliance is turned off and unplugged before cleaning or performing maintenance.
- Do not immerse the main unit, motor, or battery in water or other liquids.
- Use only DREAME-recommended cleaning solutions.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.
- Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
- Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
- Do not use without filters and dirty water tank in place.
- Store the appliance indoors in a dry place.

4. Assembly
- Attach the Handle: Insert the handle into the main body until it clicks into place. For disassembly, insert a screwdriver into the rear slot and pull the handle upwards.
- Set up the Storage Base: Place the storage base against a wall. Fix the accessory storage rack to one of the lower side slots of the charging base. Insert the storage rod vertically into the storage base. Arrange the vacuum accessories on the storage rack.
- Assemble the Main Unit: Insert the extension rod into the multi-surface brush. Install the motor handle onto the extension rod. Place the multi-surface brush on the storage rack.
- Initial Charging: Power on the device. Ensure the device is fully charged before first use.
- Connect to Dreamehome App: Download the Dreamehome app from your app store. Scan the QR code on the device to add it. Use the app to customize cleaning modes, suction levels, water levels, and receive maintenance alerts. You can also adjust language and volume settings via the app.

5. Preparation for Use
Before starting your cleaning session, ensure the water tanks are correctly prepared.
- Clean Water Tank: 780 ml capacity. Remove the clean water tank, fill it with clean water, and add 100 ml of cleaning solution to the solution box. Reinstall the clean water tank and solution box.
- Dirty Water Tank: 700 ml (upright), 450 ml (flat) capacity.

6. Operating the Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner
- Power On: Press the power button to start cleaning. Incline the appliance backward to begin.
- Cleaning Modes: Press the mode button to switch between modes:
- Intelligent Mode: Designed for daily wet and dry messes, with suction automatically adjusted based on dirt detection.
- Turbo Mode: For deep cleaning to remove heavy dirt.
- Suction Mode: To effectively vacuum spilled liquids and hair.
- Personalized Mode: Select your preferred suction and water level via the Dreamehome app.
- Important Notes:
- Do not clean foaming liquids.
- Do not lift the appliance during operation.
- Do not turn the appliance upside down.

7. Operating Accessories
7.1. Multi-Surface Brush
Use the multi-surface brush to clean solid debris on various floors and carpets. Activate the large particle switch at the front of the multi-surface brush for larger debris. Switch to Turbo mode for enhanced cleaning.

7.2. Flexible Combined Tool
Install the flexible combined tool on the extension rod. Use it to vacuum dust from door frames or curtains. Remove the brush head to extend the flexible combined tool for reaching tight spaces. Clean debris from furniture and electronic surfaces.
7.3. Mini-Motorized Brush
Install the mini-motorized brush onto the main body of the vacuum. Use it to remove dust from sofas and upholstery.
7.4. Cordless Precision Carpet Cleaner
Place the carpet cleaner next to a sink. Install the motor and battery onto the carpet cleaner. Install the standard stain brush onto the flexible hose. Remove the clean water tank and fill it with clean water, adding 50 ml of cleaning solution. Reinstall the clean water tank. Press the power button to start cleaning. Remove the automatic cleaning tool before use. Direct the brush towards the stain and press the water spray button. Move the brush back and forth to clean stains. Press firmly on the brush over the stain to vacuum dirty water. Remove the dirty water tank and empty it to prevent odors. Rinse the dirty water tank and its lid. Rinse the flexible hose with clean water.

8. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your DREAME H15 Mix. It is recommended to perform maintenance at least once per quarter for optimal performance.
8.1. Automatic Self-Cleaning
Place the appliance on the base and ensure the battery level is above 20%. Press the automatic cleaning button to start. Once the brush wash is complete, the device automatically starts drying. You can also long-press for 3 seconds to manually start the drying process. After automatic cleaning, immediately clean the dirty water tank to prevent odors. Empty solid waste. Clean the dirty water tank and its lid. Replace it in the appliance.

8.2. Roller Brush Maintenance
After removing the clean water tank, use a coin to turn the locking buttons. Remove the cover of the rotating brush. Pull on the handle to remove the rotating brush. Clean the suction inlet and the tube. Remove the handle of the rotating brush. Install the handle of the rotating brush. Put the rotating brush back in place. Ensure the rotating brush is completely dry before use.

8.3. Filter Maintenance
Regularly clean the filter. Ensure the filter is completely dry before use. For optimal performance, replace the filter every 6 months.

8.4. Dust Compartment Maintenance
Press the dust compartment unlock button to remove it. Turn the cyclonic system clockwise and remove it. Remove the pre-filter. Empty the dust. Clean the dust compartment, the cyclonic system, and the pre-filter. Ensure they are completely dry before use.
9. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your DREAME H15 Mix, please refer to the following common problems and solutions. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Problem 1: The appliance does not work.
- Ensure all parts are correctly placed.
- Fully charge the battery before use.
- Incline the appliance backward to start.
Problem 2: Automatic cleaning fails.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on the base and plugged into the mains.
- Ensure the battery level is above 20%.
- Fill the clean water tank or empty the dirty water tank.
- Eliminate any obstruction and allow the appliance to cool down.
Problem 3: Suction power is weak.
- Clean and dry the filter.
- Clean the tube and the suction inlet.
- Remove the motor. Remove and rinse the vacuum filter. Dry the vacuum filter completely and reinstall it in the motor.
Problem 4: Water leaks from the outlet.
- Dry the filter completely before use.
- Gently move the appliance back and forth while it is on.
Problem 5: The appliance emits an unusual odor.
- Dry the dirty water tank and filter in the sun after cleaning them.
Problem 6: The vacuum cleaner is clogged.
- Turn the latch counter-clockwise to remove the rotating brush. Turn the brush over to remove the obstruction.
Problem 7: The cordless precision carpet cleaner does not work/suction power is weak.
- Place the appliance next to the sink. Remove the clean water tank. Remove the dirty water tank. Empty the dirty water. Rinse them with clean water. Remove the brush. Place one end of the flexible hose in the sink. Turn the main body over. Use an appropriate tool to lift the inner loop. Remove the flexible hose. Rinse the flexible hose with clean water. Ensure the obstruction is removed.
Problem 8: The main unit does not spray water.
- Remove the brush. Eliminate the obstruction.
