Setup
1. Charging the Devices
Ensure both the remote transmitter and receiver collars are fully charged before first use.

- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on both the remote and the receiver.
- A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
- The receiver has a standby time of up to 35 days, and the remote up to 45 days.
2. Attaching the Receiver to the Collar Strap
The receiver unit needs to be threaded onto the adjustable nylon collar strap.

- Slide one end of the collar strap through the loop on one side of the receiver.
- Thread the strap back through the buckle, ensuring it is secure.
- Repeat for the other side of the receiver.
- Ensure the contact points are facing inwards towards the dog's neck.
- Attach the appropriate length contact points and silicone caps based on your dog's coat length.
3. Fitting the Collar on Your Dog
Proper fit is essential for effectiveness and comfort.

- The collar should fit snugly, allowing two fingers to fit between the strap and your dog's neck.
- The contact points must touch your dog's skin to deliver stimulation effectively.
- Adjust the strap length to ensure a secure but comfortable fit.
- This collar is suitable for dogs weighing 5 to 120 pounds, with neck sizes ranging from 7 to 26 inches.
4. Pairing the Remote and Receiver
Follow these steps to pair your remote with the receiver collar(s).

- Turn on the remote transmitter.
- Long press the power button on the receiver collar until the green light flashes.
- While the receiver light is flashing, press any training mode button (Beep, Vibration, or Shock) on the remote.
- The receiver light will stop flashing and remain solid green, indicating successful pairing.
- To pair additional collars (up to 3), select a different channel on the remote and repeat the process for each additional receiver.
Operating Instructions
Training Modes
The Heaflex D10 Series offers three distinct training modes:

- Beep Mode: Delivers an audible tone. This is often used as a warning or for positive reinforcement.
- Vibration Mode: Provides a gentle to strong vibration. Levels 1-16 are available.
- Shock Mode: Delivers a static stimulation. Levels 1-16 are available. Use with caution and always start at the lowest level.
Adjusting Intensity Levels
Both Vibration and Shock modes have 16 adjustable intensity levels.
- Use the up/down buttons on the remote's touchscreen to select the desired intensity level for Vibration or Shock.
- Always start with the lowest level and gradually increase until your dog responds.
Safety Lock Function
The remote features a safety lock to prevent accidental activation.
- To activate the safety lock, press the lock icon on the remote.
- To unlock, press the lock icon again.
- The remote enters hibernate mode after 30 seconds of inactivity and must be unlocked to resume use.
Multi-Dog Training
The remote can control up to three receiver collars simultaneously.

- Use the channel selection button on the remote to switch between Dog 1, Dog 2, and Dog 3.
- Each dog's collar must be paired to a unique channel.
- This allows for individual control and customized training for each dog.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Regularly clean the receiver collar and contact points with a damp cloth.
- Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed when not charging to maintain waterproofing.
Battery Care
- Charge the devices when the battery indicator shows low power.
- Avoid extreme temperatures for storage to prolong battery life.

Troubleshooting
Collar not responding to remote
- Check if both devices are powered on.
- Ensure the remote is not in safety lock mode.
- Verify that the remote and receiver are paired to the same channel.
- Recharge both devices if battery levels are low.
- Ensure you are within the 2600ft operating range.
Dog not responding to stimulation
- Check the collar fit; contact points must touch the skin.
- Adjust the contact points to a longer size if your dog has thick fur.
- Increase the intensity level gradually.
- Use the included test light tool to confirm the shock function is working.
