2. Setup
2.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.
2.2 Pairing with a Device
- Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case has sufficient power.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights (if applicable).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select "AWEI S1 Ultra" from the list.
- Once connected, a confirmation sound will play, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
The earbuds utilize Bluetooth 5.3 technology for a stable and efficient connection up to 10 meters.

2.3 Wearing the Earbuds
Select the eartips that provide the best fit and seal for your ears. Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to secure them. A proper fit enhances sound quality and noise isolation.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, or take the earbuds out of the case. They will power on automatically.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will power off automatically and begin charging.
3.2 Touch Controls
The AWEI S1 Ultra earbuds feature smart touch controls on each earbud. The functions are as follows:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Song: Double tap the right earbud.
- Previous Song: Double tap the left earbud.
- Volume Up: Triple tap the right earbud.
- Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds (when not on a call).
3.3 Single Earbud Mode
You can use either earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used by another person.
3.4 Calling Functionality
The earbuds are equipped with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology for clearer calls, reducing background noise for both you and the person you are speaking with.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case
The earbuds provide approximately 6 hours of playback on a single charge. The 300mAh charging case extends the total playback time to about 30 hours. The charging case can be fully charged in approximately 1 hour via the Type-C port.

4.2 Cleaning and Care
The earbuds are rated IPX5 waterproof, making them resistant to sweat and light rain. To clean, gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry.

4.3 Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
5. Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid to re-enter pairing mode. On your device, forget the "AWEI S1 Ultra" from your Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case. Close the lid and then open it again. This should reset the connection between the two earbuds.
- No sound: Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
- Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging port is free of debris.
- Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the case and taking them out again.
