Maintenance
Regular Cleaning
To ensure optimal performance and hygiene, clean your ice maker regularly. It is recommended to perform a full cleaning cycle every 3-6 months, or more frequently depending on water hardness.
- Unplug the unit and turn off the water supply.
- Drain any remaining water from the reservoir.
- Use a mild detergent and warm water to clean the interior surfaces, including the ice bin and water reservoir. Rinse thoroughly.
- For models with a self-cleaning function, follow the instructions in the full manual to activate it.
Condenser Cleaning
The condenser coils should be cleaned at least once a year. Dust and debris on the coils can reduce efficiency. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to gently remove dust from the coils located at the back or bottom of the unit.
Water Filter Replacement (if applicable)
