Operating Instructions

Display Configuration (Windows)

For Windows systems, the docking station supports single, dual, and triple 4K display configurations. The specific resolution and refresh rate depend on your laptop's DisplayPort version (DP1.4 with DSC, DP1.4 without DSC, or DP1.2 output).

Troubleshooting

No display on external monitors:
  • Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
  • Check all cable connections (USB-C from dock to laptop, HDMI/DP from dock to monitors).
  • Verify monitor input sources are correctly selected.
  • Restart your laptop.
  • For macOS, remember that triple display extension is not supported; monitors may mirror or extend as a single display.
Laptop not charging:
  • Ensure a power adapter is connected to the docking station's USB-C PD port.
  • Verify the power adapter is sufficient (100W recommended for optimal charging).
  • Check if your laptop's USB-C port supports Power Delivery.
  • If in Energy Saving Mode, PD charging should still function.
USB devices not recognized or slow data transfer:
  • Ensure devices are connected to the correct USB ports (e.g., high-speed devices to USB 3.0/3.2 ports).
  • Try connecting the device directly to the laptop to rule out device issues.
  • Ensure the docking station is receiving adequate power.
No internet connection via Ethernet:
  • Check the Ethernet cable connection to both the docking station and your router/modem.
  • Verify your router/modem is functioning correctly.
  • Check network settings on your laptop.
