3.1 CPU Socket (AM5)
The AM5 socket supports AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 series processors. Ensure proper alignment and gentle placement of the CPU into the socket.
3.2 DDR5 DIMM Slots
There are four DDR5 DIMM slots supporting dual-channel memory configurations. Refer to the motherboard's manual for recommended memory population order for optimal performance.
3.3 PCIe Slots
The motherboard features a primary PCIe 5.0 x16 slot with Steel Armor II for enhanced durability and support for heavy graphics cards. Additional PCIe slots are available for expansion cards.

3.4 M.2 Slots
Equipped with four M.2 slots, including two Gen5 x4 and two Gen4 slots, for high-speed NVMe SSDs. The EZ M.2 Shield Frozr II heatsinks help prevent thermal throttling, and the EZ M.2 Clip II simplifies installation.

3.5 Rear I/O Panel
The integrated I/O shield provides various ports for external devices, including USB 20G Type-C, USB 10G, USB 5G, USB 2.0, HDMI, 5Gbps LAN, Wi-Fi 7 antenna connectors, and audio jacks.

4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully to install your motherboard and components.
4.1 Safety Precautions
- Always disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet before touching any component.

4.4 Storage Device Installation
For M.2 SSDs, lift the EZ M.2 Shield Frozr II heatsink, insert the M.2 SSD into the slot, and secure it with the EZ M.2 Clip II. Reattach the heatsink. For SATA drives, connect the SATA data and power cables.
4.5 Graphics Card Installation
- Open the latch on the PCIe 5.0 x16 slot.
- Align your graphics card with the slot and press down firmly until it clicks into place.
- Secure the graphics card to your PC case with screws.
- Connect any necessary PCIe power cables from your power supply to the graphics card.
4.6 Power Supply Connection
Connect the 24-pin ATX power connector and the dual 8-pin CPU power connectors from your power supply to the corresponding ports on the motherboard.
