The 23ZERO Bushman Awning Room 78″ x 98″ is an accessory designed to integrate with your existing 23ZERO Bushman Awning (awning required, poles not included). This versatile room provides a comfortable and protected space, ideal for sleeping, housing pets, or simply enjoying additional privacy and shelter from the elements.

Constructed with new hex ripstop fabric featuring Light Suppression Technology (LST), this awning room effectively reduces light intrusion, providing shade and helping to keep the interior cooler. It offers an adjustable height range of approximately 72-75 inches, allowing for modification to suit various setups using hook and loop straps.

Key features include a full zip-out floor for cleaning flexibility, multiple access points (large front door, side doors, windows, and a rear door for vehicle access), and secure attachment mechanisms to your Bushman Awning.

2. Safety Information

3. Setup Instructions

This awning room is designed as an accessory for the 23ZERO Bushman Awning. Ensure your Bushman Awning is already deployed and securely set up before proceeding.

1. Unpack: Remove the awning room from its storage bag. The included accessories are 6 stakes and 1 mallet.
2. Attach to Awning Ceiling: Locate the hook and loop straps on the top edge of the awning room. Attach these straps to the ceiling frame of your deployed Bushman Awning. Ensure a snug and even fit along the entire length.

3. Secure to Vertical Poles: Once the top is attached, align the sides of the awning room with the vertical support poles of your Bushman Awning. Use the integrated clips to securely fasten the room to these poles.

4. Adjust Height: The hook and loop straps allow for height adjustments from approximately 72 to 75 inches. Adjust as needed to ensure the room sits flush with the ground and is taut.
5. Stake Down: Use the provided stakes and mallet to secure the base of the awning room to the ground. Ensure all stake points are utilized for maximum stability.
6. Zip-Out Floor: The full floor comes pre-installed. If you wish to remove it, unzip it from the perimeter.

4. Operating the Awning Room

The Bushman Awning Room offers various functionalities for an enhanced outdoor experience:

• Access Points: The room features a large front door, additional doors and windows on each side, and a rear door. These provide multiple entry/exit points and convenient access to your vehicle or trailer.
