Setup

Physical Installation

To physically install the key box on a wall, follow these steps:

1. Mark Screw Locations: Hold the key box against the desired mounting surface and mark the positions for the four screws.
2. Drill Holes: Use an appropriate drill bit to drill four holes at the marked locations.
3. Insert Expansion Screws: Insert the provided wall plugs (expansion screws) into the drilled holes.
4. Mount Key Box: Align the key box with the holes and secure it firmly with the provided screws.

App Installation and Connection

The ENONEO TTlock Smart Lock Box G22 is controlled via the TTLock app. Follow these steps to set up the app and connect your device:

1. Download and Install App: Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging, or visit https://www.pgyer.com/Ptdq to download and install the TTLock app. Register an account.
2. Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth and mobile data are enabled on your smartphone.
3. Add Lock in App: Open the TTLock app. Click the menu button at the top of the app, then select "Add Lock." Choose the type of lock (e.g., "Serratura" or "Lucchetto") and click the '+' icon next to the device found in the vicinity.
4. Activate Lock for Pairing: Press any button on the key box keypad to activate its Bluetooth signal. The signal will remain active for 20 seconds. If it expires, press a button again to reactivate.
5. Initial Password: The initial password for the key box is 123456. The default unlock method is password + unlock button.

Operating Instructions

Unlocking Methods

• Password Entry: Enter your configured numeric password on the keypad, then press the unlock button.
• Bluetooth App Unlock: Within approximately 4 meters of the key box, open the TTLock app and use the Bluetooth unlock function.

Access Management via TTLock App

The TTLock app provides advanced features for managing access to your key box:

• Generate Passcodes: Create various types of passcodes (Temporary, One-Time, Permanent, Cyclic) for different users (e.g., family, friends, cleaners, pet sitters, tutors).
• Share Virtual Keys: Grant access to authorized users by sending them virtual keys through the app.
• View Unlock Records: Access a real-time log of all unlock events, including who unlocked the box and when.
• Check Lock Status and Battery: Monitor the current status of the lock and its battery level at any time.
• Manage Users: Authorize administrators and manage user access permissions.

Maintenance

• Battery Replacement: The key safe uses 3 AAA batteries. Replace them promptly when the TTLock app notifies you of a low battery level.
• Emergency Power: If the batteries are completely drained, you can temporarily power the key safe using a Type-C cable connected to an external power source (e.g., power bank) via the emergency Type-C port.
• Cleaning: To clean the key box, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or electronic components.

Troubleshooting

• Key Box Not Responding: Check the battery level in the TTLock app. If batteries are low or dead, replace them or use emergency Type-C power. Ensure the keypad is active by pressing a button.
• Cannot Connect to TTLock App: Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and that you are within close proximity (approx. 4 meters) to the key box. Try restarting the app or your phone. Ensure the key box's Bluetooth signal is active (press a button on the keypad).
• Passcode Not Working: Double-check that you are entering the correct passcode. If it's a temporary or cyclic passcode, ensure it has not expired or is being used within its valid timeframe.
• Key Box Not Closing Properly: Inspect the interior of the key box for any obstructions that might prevent it from closing completely. Check for any physical damage to the latch mechanism.
• Keys Falling Out When Opening: Ensure the key box is opened carefully. The internal design is intended to prevent keys from falling out, but rapid or forceful opening might dislodge them.
