The ACEMAGIC AX16PRO is a high-performance laptop designed for productivity and light gaming. It features an AMD Ryzen 7 5700U processor, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 512GB M.2 SSD, all housed in a durable metal casing.
Setup Guide
1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the laptop and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage. The package should include the laptop, power adapter, and this user manual.
2. Connecting the Power Adapter
Connect the power adapter to the laptop's charging port (Type-C or dedicated DC jack) and then plug it into a power outlet. It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use.

3. First Power On
Press the power button located on the keyboard deck. The laptop will boot up. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial operating system setup. The laptop comes with a pre-installed operating system, ready for configuration.
Operating Instructions
1. Keyboard and Touchpad
The laptop features a full-size backlit keyboard and a large touchpad. To activate or deactivate the keyboard backlight, press the Fn + Spacebar keys simultaneously.

2. Connectivity
- Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax): Connect to wireless networks for internet access. Wi-Fi 6 offers faster speeds and reduced latency compared to previous standards.
- Bluetooth 5.2: Pair with compatible wireless devices such as headphones, mice, or keyboards.

- Type-C Port: A multi-functional USB Type-C port supports data transfer, audio, and video output.

3. Battery Management
The laptop is equipped with a 53 Wh battery, providing approximately 6 to 8 hours of usage depending on workload. To maximize battery life, adjust screen brightness, close unused applications, and enable power-saving modes.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and exterior surfaces. For stubborn marks, dampen the cloth slightly with water or a screen-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
2. Cooling System
The AX16PRO features an advanced active cooling system with dual copper pipes and a dedicated fan to maintain optimal temperatures. Ensure that the ventilation openings are not obstructed to prevent overheating. Regular cleaning of dust from the vents is recommended.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ACEMAGIC AX16PRO laptop, refer to the following common solutions:
