1.2 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge your Anker Zolo Power Bank. Connect the built-in USB-C cable or an external USB-C cable to a compatible wall charger (not included). The digital display will show the charging progress.

2. Operation
2.1 Charging Your Devices
Connect your device to the power bank using the built-in USB-C cable or an external USB-C cable. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The digital display on the power bank shows the remaining battery percentage.

2.2 Recharging the Power Bank
To recharge the power bank, connect its built-in USB-C cable or an external USB-C cable to a USB wall charger. The digital display will show the charging status.
2.3 Pass-Through Charging
The Anker Zolo Power Bank supports pass-through charging. This allows you to charge your phone while the power bank itself is being recharged. Connect the power bank to a wall charger, then connect your device to the power bank.

2.4 Trickle Charging Mode
For charging low-power devices such as Bluetooth earbuds or smartwatches, activate trickle charging mode. Press the power button twice to enter this mode. A green indicator will appear on the digital display. Fast charging is not supported through the USB-C port or cable while trickle charging mode is active.

3. Maintenance
3.1 Cleaning
Wipe the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaners or sprays.
3.2 Storage
Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, charge the power bank to approximately 50% every three months to prolong battery life.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Power Bank Not Charging
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall charger.
- Verify that the wall charger is functioning correctly and connected to a live power outlet.
- Try using a different USB-C cable and wall charger.
4.2 Device Not Charging from Power Bank
- Ensure your device is properly connected to the power bank.
- Check if the power bank has sufficient charge.
- Try using a different charging cable for your device.
- If charging a low-power device, ensure trickle charging mode is activated.
4.3 Slow Charging
- Ensure both the power bank and your device support fast charging.
- Use a compatible fast-charging wall adapter when recharging the power bank.
- Check if the cables used are rated for fast charging.
