Setup
Charging the Earmuffs
The PROHEAR 030 2.0 features a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. To charge:
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the earmuff.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port and to a compatible USB power source.
- The LED indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
A full charge provides up to 200 hours of runtime.
Adjusting for Comfort
For optimal hearing protection and comfort, ensure the earmuffs fit snugly around your ears without excessive pressure.
- Headband Adjustment: The telescopic headband can be adjusted to fit various head shapes and sizes. Extend or retract the ear cups along the metal wires until a comfortable and secure fit is achieved.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Ambient Sound Control
- To power on the electronic hearing protection, rotate the ambient sound control knob (typically a dial on one ear cup) clockwise.
- Continue rotating the knob to adjust the amplification level of environmental sounds. The durable recessed microphones will increase quiet sounds (below 82dB) for enhanced communication and situational awareness.
- To power off, rotate the ambient sound control knob counter-clockwise until it clicks off.
Bluetooth Connectivity
The earmuffs feature Bluetooth 5.4 for stable wireless connection up to 33ft/10m.
- Pairing: With the earmuffs powered on, long press the Bluetooth on/off button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator will flash, indicating it's ready to pair. Select "PROHEAR 030" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Music Playback: Use the Bluetooth/Audio Volume buttons (up/down arrows) to adjust media volume. Long press for 2 seconds to skip tracks (next/previous). Single press the central button to pause/play music.
- Call Management: When a call comes in, single press the central button to answer. Double press to end the call. Long press for 2 seconds to decline a call. Double press to switch a call on hold. Single press to mute/unmute.
