Basic Operation
Charging the Headset
The headset has a built-in 1100mAh rechargeable battery. To charge, use the included charging cable to connect the PROHEAR 037 headset to a USB charger (e.g., car charger, power bank, computer USB). The LED indicator will be red while charging and solid blue when charging is complete.
Low Battery Warning
When the battery is less than 20%, the hearing protector will provide "Low Battery" voice prompts every minute for 20 minutes. Charge the headset promptly to avoid automatic shutdown.
Fitting the Headset
- Fully extend the headband and place the cups over your ears.
- Adjust the headband by sliding it up or down for a secure fit.
- Ensure ear cushions create a firm seal over the ears.
- Do not allow hair to obstruct the ear or the earmuff's secure fit.
- Do not allow the ear cups to sit crooked or askew over the ear.
Bluetooth Operation
- Power On/Off the Headset: Press and hold the Power Button [power-symbol] for 3 seconds. Voice assist will announce "Power ON" or "Power OFF".
- Bluetooth Pairing:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
- Select "EM037" to pair.
- Upon successful connection, you will hear "Bluetooth Connected".
- The headset will automatically connect to the last connected device upon switching on. Voice assist will announce "Bluetooth Connected". Some devices may require manual reconnection.
- To re-pair with a new device, long press the Multifunction Button [M-symbol] for 6 seconds. The LED will blink blue.
- Listen to music:
- Start the music app on your device.
- To play and pause music, short press the Multifunction Button [M-symbol].
- To go to the previous track or next track, short press the Volume Button [<] or [>].
- To adjust volume, press and hold the Volume Button [<] or [>].
- Take Calls: Incoming calls will mute music. A ringtone will sound in the headset. If the phone is in silent mode, the headset will also be silent.
- To answer a call, single press the Multifunction Button [M-symbol].
- To end a call, long press the Multifunction Button [M-symbol] for 3 seconds.
- To reject an incoming call, long press the Volume Button [+/- symbol] for 3 seconds.
- To redial the last call, tap the Multifunction Button [M-symbol] twice quickly.
- To hang up, long press the Volume Button [+/- symbol] for 3 seconds.
- Adjust Volume:
- To increase volume, long press and hold the Volume Button [+].
- To decrease volume, long press and hold the Volume Button [-].
Audio Input Mode
Connect Device: Use the included 3.5mm stereo audio cable to connect the headset's audio port to your device for infinite playtime.
Control device: Use the native controls on your device to manage input volume, play/pause, select tracks, and handle calls.

Quickstart Guide
BLUETOOTH 5.0 MODE
- Bluetooth Reset: Long press for 6 seconds.
- Pause/Play: Short press once.
- Advance Tracks: Short press once.
- Increase Volume: Long Press and hold.
- Previous Tracks: Short press once.
- Decrease Volume: Long Press and hold.
PHONE CALL MODE
- Answer Call: Short press once.
- Disconnect Call: Long press for 3 seconds.
- Redial (last call): Press twice quickly.
AUDIO INPUT MODE
- All Functions: Use device controls.
Power on/off headset: Press and hold for 3 seconds.
