4.1 Wireless Charging

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Anker Nano Power Bank, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
  • Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device yourself.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Charging Stops at 80%?

Your iPhone may stop charging at 80% to protect the battery. This can happen if it gets too warm during charging as part of iOS 17's thermal control strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving your iPhone to a cooler area may help.

6.2 Device Not Charging

  • Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged.
  • Verify that the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
  • For wireless charging, ensure proper alignment of the power bank with your device's MagSafe area.
  • Remove any thick cases that might obstruct the magnetic connection or wireless charging.

6.3 Overheating Concerns

The Anker Nano Power Bank is designed with graphene cooling, dual NTC chips, and smart heat control to keep the device below 104°F (40°C), which is 14 degrees cooler than the industry standard. If you experience excessive heat, discontinue use and allow the device to cool down.
