4. Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the power button on the control panel to turn the fountain on or off. Note that when connected to a household power source, the machine cannot be turned off via the button; it will operate continuously.
Operating Modes
The fountain offers two operating modes:
- Mode 1 (Continuous Flow): Water flows continuously. This mode requires the fountain to be plugged into a power source at all times.
- Mode 2 (Sensor-Activated Flow): Water flows for 1 minute when a pet approaches within 1-1.5 meters. This mode is ideal for battery operation, as continuous flow is disabled when running on battery power.
To switch between Mode 1 and Mode 2, press the mode button on the control panel.

Image 4.1: The fountain supports both continuous flow (Mode 1) and sensor-activated flow (Mode 2) for flexible use.
Automatic Drain Time
In Mode 1, you can set the automatic drain time. Long press the mode button: fast flashing indicates 48 hours, slow flashing indicates 24 hours.
Manual Drain
In Mode 2, press and hold the mode button for 2 seconds to activate the drain valve and manually start draining the wastewater.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning is essential for maintaining water quality and extending the life of your fountain. It is recommended to clean the circulatory system fittings and water tank once a week.
- Disassemble: Turn off the fountain and unplug it if connected to power. Remove the water outlet component, stainless steel tray, filter plate, and black sponge.
- Separate Tanks: Gently separate the clean water tank and wastewater tank from the main unit.
- Clean Components: Rinse the stainless steel tray, water outlet component, filter plate, black sponge, and both water tanks thoroughly with water. The black sponge is reusable and should be cleaned, not replaced.
- Clean Main Unit: The main unit is not water washable. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Ensure no water enters the electronic components.
- Reinstall Wastewater Tank: When reinstalling the wastewater tank, ensure the red sensor faces up to ensure accurate level detection.
- Reassemble: Reassemble all components in reverse order of disassembly.
