1. Introduction

The VIAFLY V16PRO-3 is a versatile cordless stick vacuum designed for various cleaning tasks, featuring powerful suction, a long-lasting battery, and multiple attachments for different surfaces.

2. Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions when using an electrical appliance.

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
• Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
• Do not use without dust cup and/or filters in place.
• Turn off all controls before unplugging.
• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
• Store the appliance indoors. Put it away after use to prevent accidents.
• Use only the charger supplied by the manufacturer to recharge.

3. Setup and Assembly

Your VIAFLY V16PRO-3 comes with several components for versatile cleaning. Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your vacuum for first use.

3.1. Unboxing and Component Identification

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the "Included Components" section of the specifications are present.

3.2. Assembly

1. Attach the Extension Wand: Align the main vacuum body with the extension wand and push until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the Floor Brush: Connect the floor brush to the other end of the extension wand, ensuring it clicks firmly.
3. Install the Battery: Slide the removable battery pack into the designated slot on the main vacuum body until it locks.

3.3. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the vacuum cleaner. Connect the adapter to the charging port on the battery or the wall-mount charging station. The LED display will indicate charging status.

4. Operating Instructions

The VIAFLY V16PRO-3 offers flexible cleaning modes and attachments to suit various needs.

4.1. Power On/Off and Suction Modes

Press the power button on the LED display to turn the vacuum on or off. Use the mode button to cycle through the three suction modes: Eco, Mid, and Max. The LED display shows the current mode and remaining battery life.

4.2. Using Attachments

The vacuum comes with an 8-in-1 accessory kit, allowing conversion from a stick vacuum to a handheld unit for targeted cleaning.

• Floor Brush: Ideal for carpets and hard floors. Features 6 LED lights to illuminate dark areas and a V-shaped anti-tangle design.
• 2-in-1 Brush: Use for dusting surfaces, upholstery, and delicate items.
• Sofa Brush: Designed for cleaning sofas, beds, and other fabric surfaces.
• Telescopic Pole: Extends reach for high areas or under furniture.

4.3. Self-Standing Feature

The vacuum is designed to stand upright on its own, allowing you to pause cleaning tasks without needing to lean it against a wall or lay it down. This feature enhances convenience and prevents accidental falls.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

5.1. Emptying the Dustbin

The dustbin features a one-click empty design. Position the dustbin over a trash receptacle and press the release button to empty its contents. It is recommended to empty the dustbin after each use or when it reaches the MAX fill line.

5.2. Cleaning and Replacing Filters

The vacuum utilizes an 8-layer efficiency filtration system, including HEPA filters. Regularly clean the filters to maintain suction power and air quality. Replace HEPA filters as needed (two are included).

• Twist and pull to remove the filter assembly from the dustbin.
• Tap off loose dirt and rinse under cold water. Allow to air dry completely before reinserting.

5.3. Cleaning the Anti-Tangle Roller Brush

The V-shaped anti-tangle brush minimizes hair tangles. If hair or debris accumulates, remove the brush roll from the floor head and clean it using the provided cleaning tool. Ensure it is free of obstructions before reinserting.
