3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Wireless Pump

Before first use, fully charge the wireless pump. The pump is equipped with an 1800mAh battery.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to effectively compress your items using the Vacbird wireless pump and storage bags.

4.1 Preparing the Storage Bag

  1. Open the Bag: Unzip the double-seal zipper of the storage bag.
  2. Load Items: Place your clothes, blankets, or other soft items neatly into the bag. Do not overfill the bag beyond the indicated fill line. Ensure no sharp objects are inside that could puncture the bag.
  3. Seal the Bag: Carefully close the double-seal zipper. Run your fingers along the zipper multiple times to ensure a complete and airtight seal.

4.2 Using the Wireless Pump

  1. Locate the Valve: Find the air valve on the surface of the storage bag.
  2. Position the Pump: Place the wireless pump directly onto the air valve, ensuring a snug fit. The silicone suction port of the pump is designed to seal tightly without needing to be held.
  3. Start Compression: Press the power button on the pump once to start the vacuuming process. The pump will begin to extract air from the bag.
  4. Monitor Progress: The pump will automatically stop once the air is fully extracted and optimal compression is achieved (typically within 3 seconds for initial compression, up to 3 minutes for full airtight sealing).
  5. Remove Pump: Once the pump stops, carefully lift it off the valve. The valve is designed to prevent air re-entry.

5. Maintenance
