1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
2. Insert the SIM slot opener into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray ejects.
3. Place your Nano-SIM cards and/or TF (microSD) card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
4. Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

Note on Network Compatibility: The Blackview BL7000 supports dual SIM cards and is compatible with T-Mobile. It is not compatible with CDMA carriers such as AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Verizon, Straight Talk, or U.S. Cellular.

• No Network Connection:
  • Ensure your SIM card is correctly inserted.
  • Verify that your carrier is compatible with the Blackview BL7000 (T-Mobile compatible; not compatible with AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Verizon, Straight Talk, or U.S. Cellular).
  • Check network settings (Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network).
  • Restart the phone.
• Device Unresponsive:
  • Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
