1. Introduction

3. Product Overview

The VIAFLY V10 Ultra features a modular design for versatile cleaning. Key components include:

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

1. Insert the telescopic pole into the main unit until it clicks securely.
2. Attach the desired cleaning head (e.g., floor brush) to the other end of the telescopic pole until it clicks.
3. Ensure the removable battery is fully charged before first use.

4.2 Charging

The vacuum can be charged via its wall mount or by directly plugging the adapter into the removable battery.

• Wall Mount Charging: Install the wall mount in a convenient location. Connect the adapter to the wall mount, then hang the vacuum. The battery will charge automatically.
• Direct Battery Charging: Remove the battery from the main unit and plug the adapter directly into the battery's charging port.

A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 70 minutes of runtime in Min Mode.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off and Suction Modes

Press the power button on the main unit to turn the vacuum on or off. Use the responsive LED touch screen to switch between 3 suction modes: Min, Mid, and Max. The screen also displays battery status and fault prompts.

5.2 Self-Standing Design

The vacuum features a self-standing design, allowing it to remain upright without support. This provides convenience during cleaning breaks or storage.

5.3 Using Attachments

The telescopic pole and various attachments allow for versatile cleaning:

• Floor Brush: Ideal for all floor types, including carpet and hard floors. Its flexible design allows for 0°-180° lateral steering and 0°-90° vertical rotation. The LED lights illuminate dust in dark areas.
• 2-in-1 Brush: Use for dusting surfaces, cleaning keyboards, or delicate items.
• Sofa Brush: Designed for upholstery, pet hair on furniture, and car interiors.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Emptying the Dust Cup

The 1.6L dust cup can be emptied with a single click. Position the dust cup over a trash receptacle and press the release button to open the bottom flap.

6.2 Cleaning/Changing Filters

The vacuum features an 8-layer advanced filtration system with HEPA filters. Regularly clean or replace filters to maintain optimal suction and air quality.

• Twist and pull to remove the filter assembly from the main unit.
• Tap out loose dust or rinse washable components (refer to the Quick Guide for specific washable parts).
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.

6.3 Anti-Tangle Floor Brush Maintenance

The V-shaped bristle design helps prevent hair tangles. If hair or debris accumulates, detach the brush head and use the included cleaning tool to remove any wrapped hair.
