Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for a smooth installation process. The faucet is designed for both 1-hole and 3-hole sink installations.

1. Prepare the Sink Area

• Shut off the hot and cold water supply valves under the sink.
• Remove your old faucet and clean the area around the mounting hole(s).
• Ensure the mounting hole size is between 1.30" and 1.38" (33mm-35mm).

2. Install the Faucet Body

1. If your sink has 3 holes, place the deck plate over the sink holes.
2. Feed the main water hose, the two water supply lines (hot and cold), and the water filter connection hose through the mounting hole(s) from above the sink.
3. From underneath the sink, slide the rubber gasket, metal washer, and mounting nut onto the threaded shank of the faucet.
4. Hand-tighten the mounting nut, then use a screwdriver to further tighten the two screws on the mounting bracket evenly until the faucet is secure.

3. Connect Water Supply Lines

5. Connect the hot and cold water supply lines to the corresponding hot and cold water valves. Use Teflon tape if necessary to ensure a watertight seal.
6. Connect the water filter connection hose to your under-counter water filtration system (not included) using the provided 1/4" or 3/8" quick-connect fittings.

4. Attach Counterweight

7. Attach the counterweight to the pull-down sprayer hose at the marked spot, typically 6-8 inches from the bottom of the faucet body, to ensure smooth retraction.

5. Flush and Test

• Turn on the main water supply.
• Operate the faucet (both main and filtered water) to flush out any debris and check for leaks.

Operating Instructions

1. Main Faucet Operation

• The single handle controls both water temperature and flow for the main faucet.
• Move the handle left for hot water and right for cold water.
• Lift the handle to increase water flow and push down to decrease/stop.

2. Pull-Down Sprayer Functions

The pull-down sprayer features three distinct spray modes:

• Stream Mode: Ideal for filling pots and general washing.
• Spray Mode: Provides a wider, more powerful spray for rinsing dishes and cleaning the sink.
• Pause Mode: Temporarily stops water flow without turning off the main handle, useful for moving the sprayer between tasks.

To switch between modes, press the buttons on the sprayer head. The 18-inch retractable hose and 360° swivel spout offer extensive reach and flexibility for all kitchen tasks.

3. Water Filter Faucet Operation

A separate handle on the faucet body controls the flow of purified water. Simply turn this handle to access filtered water for drinking, cooking, or filling bottles.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface.
• Clean with a damp, non-abrasive sponge and a clean, soft cloth to maintain the finish.
• To remove water spots, apply warm water and a damp soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly with water immediately after cleaning.
• Avoid using acidic detergents, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
