Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before initial use, fully charge your TOOBUR Smart Watch. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and to a USB power source. A full charge typically takes approximately 2.5 hours. The watch lasts up to 7 days with typical use and 30 days on standby.

2. App Installation and Pairing

The TOOBUR Smart Watch requires pairing with a smartphone for full functionality. It is compatible with iOS 9.0 and above, and Android 6.0 and above.

1. Download the VeryFit App: Search for "VeryFit" in your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS) and install the application.
2. Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
3. Open VeryFit App: Launch the VeryFit app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
4. Add Device: Within the app, navigate to the device section and select "Add Device" or a similar option. The app will search for nearby devices.
5. Select Your Watch: Choose "IDW20" or the corresponding device name from the list of found devices. Confirm the pairing request on both your watch and smartphone.
6. Complete Setup: Follow any remaining prompts in the app to complete the initial setup, including personal information and notification permissions.

Note: The watch requires a smartphone connection for time synchronization and access to most smart features.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Navigation and Display

The watch features a 1.91" HD touchscreen display with 400 nits brightness and 262 PPI for impressive visuals. Tap to select, swipe left/right/up/down to navigate through menus and functions. The display can be configured to stay on for up to 20 seconds. To activate the screen, raise your wrist or press the side button.

Customizing Watch Faces: The VeryFit app offers over 100 watch faces. You can also personalize your watch face using your own images through the app.

2. Call and Message Functions

Once paired with your smartphone via Bluetooth 5.3, you can answer and make calls directly from your wrist. The watch also displays notifications for messages, emails, and social media apps. Note: You cannot reply to messages directly from the watch.

3. Alexa Built-in

The watch includes Alexa Built-in. To use Alexa, ensure your watch is connected to your smartphone and has an active internet connection. You can use voice commands to control smart home devices, set alarms, check weather, and more.

4. Fitness Tracking (100 Sports Modes)

The watch supports 100 sports modes, including running, cycling, basketball, and Pilates. It tracks daily steps, distance, and calories burned. Detailed exercise reports are generated and synced with the VeryFit app for analysis. GPS functionality is available via your smartphone connection.

5. Health Monitoring

The watch provides continuous monitoring of heart rate, stress levels, and blood oxygen. It tracks sleep quality, differentiating between awake, REM, light, and deep sleep stages. For female users, menstrual tracking is also available. All health data is synced to the VeryFit app for comprehensive insights.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Regularly clean your watch and strap to prevent skin irritation and maintain device hygiene. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen and strap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

2. Water Resistance

The TOOBUR Smart Watch is IP68 waterproof, suitable for swimming up to 5 meters deep. However, it is not suitable for diving, saunas, seawater, or hot water. Exposure to hot water or steam may damage the device. After exposure to water, ensure the watch is dry before charging.

Troubleshooting

• Watch not turning on or charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the watch and a working USB power source. Allow the watch to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on.
• Difficulty pairing with smartphone:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the watch is within range.
  • Restart both your smartphone and the watch.
  • Make sure the VeryFit app is updated to the latest version.
  • If previously paired, try unpairing the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and then re-pairing through the VeryFit app.
• Notifications not appearing:
  • Check notification permissions for the VeryFit app in your smartphone's settings.
  • Ensure the watch is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
  • Verify that notification settings are enabled within the VeryFit app for the desired applications.
• Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above your wrist bone. Keep the sensor clean. Environmental factors and movement can affect accuracy.
• Display turns off too quickly: Check the display settings on your watch or within the VeryFit app to adjust the screen-on duration.
