Getting Started
Follow these steps to set up your IDW16 smartwatch:
- Open the package and check the contents: IDW16 smartwatch (with built-in lithium battery), user manual, and original charging cable.
- Charge the watch to activate and turn it on before first use. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch.
- Download and install the "veryfit" app from the App Store, Google Play, or by scanning the QR code.
- Log in to the app and set your personal information, step, and weight goals.
- On the "Device" interface, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner to start searching for your watch. Select your smartwatch name from the list to pair, or link the device by scanning its QR code.
Health Features
The watch automatically records your data and allows manual or automatic health monitoring.
a) Watch Health Tracking
- Measure heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), and stress levels manually on the watch.
- Enable automatic measurement of heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, and sleep via the veryfit app for continuous tracking.
- To start an exercise: Press the physical button to access the application list, tap the Sport icon, select an exercise type (e.g., Outdoor Running), and tap to start. The watch supports up to 20 exercise types by default, with 100 available in the app.
- The watch supports intelligent exercise recognition (running/walking) and can automatically pause or remind you when an exercise ends (configurable in the app).
- View exercise summaries and recent records on the watch and in the app.
b) App Health Tracking
- Start the "veryfit" app, enable Bluetooth, and grant GPS permissions.
- Bring the watch close to your phone.
- Tap the "+" icon in the app and select the smartwatch model to bind.
- Confirm the binding request on the smartwatch.
- Complete the binding by entering your information and setting your step goal in the app.
Basic Operations
Wearing the Watch
Ensure the watch is worn correctly: at least one finger above the wrist bone, with the sensor on the back touching your skin.
Screen Operation
The IDW16 features a full touch screen supporting short taps, swipes (left/right, up/down).
Button Operation
- Short press: Return to the home page or pause an exercise.
- Long press (2 seconds): Turn on the watch when off; activate Alexa when on.
- Long press (5 seconds, while charging): Reset and restart the watch software.
Function Description
1. Watch Face
The watch comes with 4 default watch faces. You can switch between them manually or via the veryfit app. More watch faces are available for download from the "Watch Face Market".
2. Sports
- Up to 20 exercise types can be displayed by default, including: Outdoor Run, Indoor Run, Outdoor Walk, Indoor Walk, Hiking, Outdoor Cycle, Indoor Cycle, Cricket, Pool Swim, Open Water Swim, Yoga, Rower, Dance, Elliptical, Workout, HIIT, Functional Strength Training, Core Training, Pilates, Cooldown. The app offers 100 exercise types.
- IDW16 supports intelligent exercise recognition (running/walking) and can automatically pause or remind you when an exercise ends.
- Exercise summaries with detailed data can be viewed on the watch and in the app.

3.1 Alexa
3.1.1 VeryFit App-Alexa
Link your Amazon Alexa account via the app for voice control. Follow the tutorial for account binding authorization. You can view operation introductions and set national languages. Log out of Alexa via the app when needed.
3.1.2 Watch-Alexa
Alexa is built-in. Use voice commands to control stopwatch, alarm clock, countdown, and event reminders. The watch provides prompts for issues like timeouts, voice recognition errors, login status, or connection problems.
3.2 Phone
- Add up to 10 frequent contacts via the app to call directly from your watch.
- View recent call history and make calls from it.
- Make calls using the watch's dialer.
3.3 Activity
The watch collects and displays daily activity data, including steps, distance, exercise/activity/walking data and goals, hourly histograms, and recovery time/VO2 Max for recent exercises.
3.4 Heart Rate
Manually measure heart rate on the watch. Enable intelligent 24/7 heart rate monitoring in the app settings. Keep your arm and wrist still during measurement.
3.5 SpO2
Manually measure blood oxygen (SpO2) on the watch. The watch also supports automatic 24/7 SpO2 monitoring (configurable in app settings). Keep your arm and wrist still during measurement.
3.6 Stress
Manually measure stress levels on the watch. The watch supports automatic 24/7 stress monitoring (configurable in app settings). Keep your arm and wrist still during measurement.
3.7 Breathe
Access the "Breath training" feature to adjust breathing with guided animations and customizable durations. This can help soothe emotions.
3.8 Sleep
Wear the watch to monitor sleep quality. View recent sleep records, sleep stage data, and sleep scores.
3.9 Clock
3.9.1 Stopwatch
Use the watch as a stopwatch with a lap function.
3.9.2 Alarm
Set, delete, or enable/disable alarms on the watch or via the app. Customize alarm delay time and repetitions in the app.
3.9.3 Timer
Set a timer with a preset duration. The watch will remind you when the timer expires. Customize timer time.
3.10 Weather
View current city weather and a three-day forecast, including current weather conditions, highest/lowest temperatures for today, and for the next two days.
3.11 Music
Control your phone's music player (play/pause, next/previous track, volume control) when the watch is connected to the app. This feature can be enabled/disabled in app settings.
3.12 Find Phone
When connected to the app, make your phone ring to locate it. Click the icon to stop the ringing. This function can be toggled on/off in app settings.
3.13 Cycle Tracking
After enabling Cycle Tracking in the app, the watch displays options to set cycle length, reminder times, and other parameters for periodic reminders.
3.14 Camera Control
When connected to the app, manually activate your phone's system camera to take photos remotely.
3.15 Settings
- Customize settings like screen-on time, ringtone volume, and vibration.
- Shut down, restart, or reset the watch. Resetting clears all data and unpairs the watch from your phone.
4. Reminder Module
The watch supports various reminders, including incoming calls, messages, step goals, sedentary alerts, hydration reminders, high/low heart rate warnings, low blood oxygen alerts, and high stress warnings.
5. Control Center
Access quick settings like Do Not Disturb (DND), Raise to Wake, screen brightness adjustment, Find My Phone, and flashlight functionality.
