Setup
Charging the Mouse
The Rapoo MT560 mouse comes with an integrated rechargeable lithium battery. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the mouse.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a powered USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off.
- A full charge can last up to 25 days of typical use.
Connecting the Mouse
The MT560 supports multi-mode wireless connection. You can connect it via 2.4 GHz wireless (USB receiver) or Bluetooth (3.0, 4.0, or 5.0).
2.4 GHz Wireless Connection:
- Locate the USB receiver, usually stored in a compartment on the bottom of the mouse.
- Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom.
- Press the mode switch button on the bottom of the mouse until the indicator light for 2.4G mode is active.
- Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. The mouse is ready for use.
Bluetooth Connection:
The mouse supports connecting to up to two Bluetooth devices (BT1 and BT2).
- Turn on the mouse using the power switch on the bottom.
- Press the mode switch button on the bottom of the mouse to select either BT1 or BT2 mode. The corresponding indicator light will blink slowly.
- Press and hold the mode switch button for approximately 3 seconds until the BT1 or BT2 indicator light starts blinking rapidly. This indicates the mouse is in pairing mode.
- On your computer or device, open Bluetooth settings.
- Search for new devices and select "Rapoo MT560" from the list.
- Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
- Once paired, the indicator light will stop blinking and remain solid for a few seconds before turning off.
Note: The mouse can automatically pair with previously connected Bluetooth devices when in the correct mode.

DPI Adjustment
The Rapoo MT560 features an adjustable 4000 DPI optical sensor for precise cursor control. You can cycle through different DPI settings to match your preference or task requirements.
- Locate the DPI switch button, typically found near the scroll wheel on the top of the mouse.
- Press the DPI button to cycle through available DPI settings (e.g., 800, 1200, 1600, 2400, 4000 DPI).
- Observe the cursor speed on your screen to determine the desired DPI setting.
Multi-Device Switching
The MT560 allows seamless switching between up to three connected devices (one 2.4 GHz and two Bluetooth devices).
- To switch between connected devices, simply press the mode switch button on the bottom of the mouse.
- Each press will cycle through the 2.4G, BT1, and BT2 modes.
