This mount is specifically designed for Samsung The Frame, Neo QLED 8K, and Neo QLED 4K TVs, offering a low-profile design and 90-degree rotation capability.

• Ensure the mounting surface can safely support the combined weight of the mount and the TV.
• Do not mount on drywall alone. Always mount into wood studs, concrete, or brick walls using appropriate anchors.
• Use a stud finder to locate wood studs accurately.
• Always use the provided hardware. If any parts are missing or defective, contact ELIVED customer service.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 88 lbs (40 kg).
• This product is intended for indoor use only.
• Two people are recommended for installation to ensure safety.

5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Wall Compatibility

This mount is compatible with wood studs, concrete walls, and brick walls. DO NOT install into drywall alone.

5.2 Attaching TV Brackets to TV

1. Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
2. Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
3. Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's VESA pattern.
4. Attach the two TV brackets to the back of your TV using the selected hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened but do not overtighten.

5.3 Mounting the Wall Plate

1. Determine the desired height for your TV. Use the provided paper drilling template to mark the pilot holes on the wall.
2. Use a stud finder to locate the center of the wood studs if mounting to wood. For concrete/brick, ensure you are drilling into solid material.
3. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. The size of the drill bit will depend on your wall type (refer to the template for specifics).
4. Attach the wall plate unit to the wall using the appropriate lag screws and washers. For concrete/brick, insert wall anchors into the pilot holes before fastening the lag screws.
5. Use the small bubble level to ensure the wall plate is perfectly horizontal before fully tightening all screws.

5.4 Hanging the TV

1. With assistance, carefully lift the TV with the attached brackets.
2. Align the TV brackets with the wall plate and gently hook the TV onto the wall plate.
3. Ensure the TV is securely seated on the wall plate. The safety screws or locking mechanisms should engage to prevent accidental dislodging.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 90-Degree Rotation (Landscape to Portrait)

This ELIVED TV mount allows for a ±90-degree rotation, enabling you to switch your TV between landscape and portrait orientations. This feature is particularly useful for Samsung The Frame TVs to display artwork or for viewing vertical content.

1. Gently grasp the sides of your TV.
2. Carefully rotate the TV clockwise or counter-clockwise to achieve the desired orientation. The mount is designed for tool-free rotary adjustment.
3. Ensure the TV is stable in its new position before releasing.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 TV is not level after installation

• Check the wall plate: Ensure the wall plate was installed level using the bubble level. If not, minor adjustments might be possible by slightly loosening and re-tightening the wall plate screws.
• Check TV brackets: Ensure the TV brackets are evenly attached to the TV's VESA holes.

8.2 Difficulty rotating the TV

• Ensure no cables are snagged or obstructing the rotation mechanism.
• Check for any debris or foreign objects in the rotating parts.
• The rotation mechanism is designed to be firm to hold position. Apply gentle, even pressure.

8.3 Mount feels unstable

• Immediately remove the TV from the mount.
• Re-check all wall plate screws and TV bracket screws for tightness.
• Verify that the wall type is appropriate and that the correct anchors were used. If mounting to wood studs, ensure screws are fully engaged in the center of the studs.
• Ensure the TV's weight does not exceed the 88 lbs capacity.
