5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the TV
- Always unplug the TV before cleaning.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen and cabinet.
- For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive screen cleaner. Never spray cleaner directly onto the TV.
- Avoid using alcohol, benzene, thinners, or other volatile substances, as they may damage the TV.
5.2 General Care
- Do not block ventilation openings on the back of the TV.
- Avoid exposing the TV to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or high humidity.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TV, try the following common solutions:
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into both the TV and a working electrical outlet. Try a different outlet.
- No Picture/Sound: Check that the correct input source is selected. Verify all cable connections (HDMI, antenna, etc.) are secure.
- Poor Picture Quality: Adjust picture settings (brightness, contrast, color). Ensure the input source is providing a high-quality signal. For lower resolution content, the AI 4K Upscaler will work to improve clarity.
- Remote Not Working: Check the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's IR sensor.
- Smart Features Not Working: Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet). Restart the TV by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in.
