Optimized Charging Behavior

Your iPhone may slow charging at 80% to protect the battery. This can happen if it gets too warm during charging as part of iOS 17's thermal control strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving your iPhone to a cooler area may help.

4. Maintenance

Care and Handling

  • Avoid exposing the power bank to extreme temperatures (hot or cold), direct sunlight, or high humidity.
  • Do not drop, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device yourself.
  • Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Keep the charging ports free from dust and debris.

Battery Health and Safety

The Baseus Picogo Power Bank incorporates advanced safety features to protect both the power bank and your devices. It uses an NTC temperature control chip that monitors temperature 18,000 times per hour and advanced graphene material for efficient heat dissipation (5,119mm² max. heat dissipation area). This ensures stable voltage and long-term battery health, along with 9 layers of safety protections against surges, overheating, and voltage spikes.
