5. Setup and Installation
Proper installation of the window kit and exhaust hose is crucial for optimal performance. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface and allow at least 20 inches (50cm) of free space around it for proper air circulation.
5.1 Window Kit Installation
- Extend the air exhaust duct by drawing out both ends.
- Screw the air exhaust duct into the connector of the air exhaust duct.
- Connect the connector of the air exhaust duct to the unit's exhaust housing outlet.
- Adjust the window kit panel to the length of your window and secure with screws.
- Place the window kit into the window track and close the window to secure it.
- Insert the exhaust hose into the window kit adapter.

6. Operating Instructions
The unit can be controlled via the touch control panel on top or the included remote control.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Air Filter Cleaning
The detachable and washable filter efficiently captures dust particles. It is recommended to clean the filter regularly (at least once every two weeks) to maintain high air quality and unit efficiency.
- Turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Remove the filter from the back of the unit.
- Rinse the filter under running water.
- Let the filter dry completely before re-attaching to the unit.
7.2 Drainage
The unit has a self-evaporative system that minimizes the need for manual drainage. However, in high humidity environments or when using the Dry (dehumidifier) mode continuously, manual drainage may be required.
- Turn off and unplug the unit.
- Locate the main drain outlet cap at the bottom rear of the unit.
- Unscrew the cap and connect the provided drain hose.
- Lead the other end of the hose into a drain lower than the unit.
- Once drained, remove the hose and securely replace the drain outlet cap.
