Setup and Installation

The eLinkSmart Smart Door Lock is designed for easy DIY installation, typically within 15 minutes, without requiring drilling for most standard deadbolt spacings.

Door Compatibility and Dimensions

Ensure your door meets the following specifications:

  • Door Backset: 2-3/8" (60mm) or 2-3/4" (70mm)
  • Door Hole Diameter: 2-1/8" (54mm) or 1-1/2" (38mm)
  • Door Thickness: 1-3/8" (35mm) to 2-1/8" (55mm)

Maintenance

Battery Life and Charging

The built-in 37Wh rechargeable battery provides up to 365 days of ultra-long standby in non-WiFi mode. Power consumption will increase in WiFi mode. Charge the battery using the Type-C port. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours.

The eLinkSmart Smart Door Lock has an IP53 rating, allowing it to work in various weather conditions, with an operating temperature range of -22°F to 158°F.
