Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. Ensure the earbuds are placed correctly in their respective charging slots within the case.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. For P30i Earbuds: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (LEDs will flash). On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore P30i". Select it to connect.
2. For C30i Earbuds: Remove the earbuds from their case. They will automatically enter pairing mode. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore C30i". Select it to connect.
3. If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into their case, close the lid, wait 5 seconds, then open the lid and try again.

3. Wearing the Earbuds

• Soundcore P30i: Choose the eartips that provide the best seal and comfort. Insert the earbuds into your ear canals and gently twist them to secure a snug fit. A good seal is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.
• Soundcore C30i: Gently clip the open-ear earbuds onto your outer ear. Adjust the position until the speaker is aligned with your ear canal for clear audio. Utilize the attachable ear grips for a more customized and secure fit if needed.

Operating Instructions

Controls (P30i & C30i)

Both earbud models feature intuitive touch controls. Specific functions can often be customized via the Soundcore app.

Noise Cancelling (P30i Only)

The Soundcore P30i earbuds feature an advanced active noise cancelling system that can reduce ambient noise by up to 42dB. This system includes adaptive technology that detects external sound and automatically adjusts the noise cancelling level for optimal performance. You can cycle through ANC, Transparency, and Normal modes using the touch controls or the Soundcore app.

• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Blocks out most ambient noise, ideal for travel or noisy environments.
• Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio, useful for awareness.
• Normal Mode: Standard audio playback without noise cancellation or transparency.

Call Functionality

Both P30i and C30i earbuds are equipped with 4 microphones and an AI algorithm to enhance call clarity. This technology precisely picks up your voice, ensuring clear conversations even in challenging environments.

Charging the Earbuds and Case

• Earbuds: Place the earbuds into their respective charging slots in the case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED indicators on the earbuds will show their charging status.
• Charging Case: Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicators on the case will illuminate to show the charging progress.
• Phone Stand Function (P30i Case): The P30i charging case is designed with a built-in phone stand. Simply open the case and position your phone in the designated slot for hands-free viewing.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• For the P30i eartips, remove them and clean with mild soap and water if necessary, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
• Use a cotton swab or a small, soft brush to gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

Storage

When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and ensure they remain charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Water and Sweat Resistance (IP54)

The Soundcore P30i and C30i earbuds are rated IP54, meaning they are protected against dust ingress and splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not designed for swimming or submersion in water. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.
  • Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
  • Forget "Soundcore P30i" or "Soundcore C30i" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Perform a factory reset (refer to Soundcore app or online support for specific instructions).
• No sound from one earbud:
  • Check if the earbud is charged.
  • Clean the charging contacts on the earbud and inside the case.
  • Try resetting the earbuds.
• Charging issues:

• Poor call quality:
