Setup
1. Initial Lock Configuration
The knife case is equipped with combination locks. The factory default setting for the combination is typically 0-0-0. To open the case for the first time, ensure the dials are set to 0-0-0 and slide the latch mechanism.

2. Setting Your Personal Combination
- With the lock open (set to 0-0-0 or your current combination), locate the small reset button or lever next to the dials.
- Use a pen or a pointed object to press and hold the reset button/lever.
- While holding the reset button/lever, set your desired 3-digit combination by rotating the dials.
- Release the reset button/lever. Your new combination is now set. Test the new combination by scrambling the dials and then entering your new code to open the lock.
- Important: Remember your combination. There is no master key or override if the combination is forgotten.
3. Attaching the Shoulder Strap
Locate the D-rings on each end of the knife case. Attach the clips of the adjustable shoulder strap to these D-rings. Adjust the strap length for comfortable carrying.
Operating Instructions
1. Opening and Closing the Case
- To Open: Set the combination dials to your personal code and slide the latch mechanisms outwards. Lift the lid.
- To Close: Ensure all items are securely placed within the compartments. Lower the lid, align the latches, and push them inwards until they click. Scramble the combination dials to lock the case.
2. Storing Knives and Tools
The interior of the case features lining compartments designed to separate and secure knives, preventing collisions and damage during transport. Carefully place each knife or tool into its designated slot. Ensure blades are fully sheathed or positioned to avoid contact with the case interior or other items.

3. Carrying the Case
The case can be carried using the integrated portable handle or the adjustable shoulder strap. For heavy loads, using the shoulder strap can distribute weight more evenly and reduce strain.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the aluminum exterior with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
2. Cleaning the Interior
The interior lining can be gently vacuumed to remove debris. For spills or stains, lightly dampen a cloth with water and a small amount of mild detergent, then blot the affected area. Allow the interior to air dry completely before closing the case or storing knives.
3. Lock Care
Keep the combination lock mechanisms clean and free of debris. If the dials become stiff, a small amount of graphite powder or a silicone-based lubricant can be applied sparingly to the moving parts. Avoid oil-based lubricants as they can attract dust.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: The lock will not open even with the correct combination.
Solution: Ensure the dials are precisely aligned with your combination. Sometimes, slight misalignment can prevent the lock from disengaging. If the lock mechanism appears bent or damaged, do not force it. Contact customer support for assistance.
- Problem: The case is difficult to close or latch.
Solution: Check that no items inside the case are obstructing the lid from closing properly. Ensure the internal compartments are not overfilled or misaligned. Verify that the hinges are clean and operating smoothly.
- Problem: The shoulder strap or handle feels insecure.
Solution: Regularly inspect the strap clips, D-rings, and handle attachments for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure clips are fully engaged with the D-rings. Replace any damaged components immediately to prevent accidental drops.
