4.1 Unfolding the Treadmill

  2. Place the treadmill on a flat, level surface.
  3. If using the handrail, lift it into the upright position and secure it with the locking mechanisms.

  3. Extend the incline supports to the desired position. The treadmill has a fixed 9% incline option.
  4. Ensure the supports are securely locked in place before use.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Lubrication

The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Use only silicone-based treadmill lubricant.

  1. Turn off and unplug the treadmill.
  2. Lift the edge of the running belt on one side.
  3. Apply a small amount of lubricant (approx. 5ml or one teaspoon) in a Z-pattern under the belt, about 10-15 cm from the front.
  4. Repeat on the other side.
  5. Plug in the treadmill and run it at a low speed (e.g., 3 km/h) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant.
  6. Lubricate every 3-6 months depending on usage.

6.2 Cleaning
