Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your ELEMARA 24V 4WD Electric Ride-On UTV. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

Important Safety Information

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep away from naked flame or direct heat sources. Always ensure the child is wearing a safety belt and doors are locked during operation. Adult supervision is required at all times. Do not operate near pools, steep inclines, or public roads.

Setup and Assembly

The ELEMARA 24V 4WD Electric Ride-On UTV requires assembly. Follow the steps below carefully. A screwdriver and socket wrench are required for assembly.

Assembly Steps:

1. Attach the Front Axle: Place the front axle on a flat surface. Use the included socket wrench to remove the Ø10 lock nuts, Ø10 washers, and bearings. Adjust the front axle supports to the correct position. Fit the front axle linkage and bearings.

2. Attach the Front Wheels: Turn the vehicle body upside down. Slide a front gearbox onto the front axle. Plug the connectors on the front gearbox into the connectors from the vehicle body. Slide a wheel onto the front axle and match the gear part on the wheel with the gearbox. Slide a Ø12 washer onto the front axle and tighten a Ø10 lock nut. Snap the wheel cover to the wheel, ensuring the stop block matches the stop slot. Repeat for the other front wheel.
3. Attach the Rear Fender: Insert the tabs on the rear fender into the holes on the body, pushing until it clicks into place. Tighten two Ø4x12 screws with a screwdriver. Repeat for the other side. Insert eight Ø4x16 screws and tighten.
4. Attach the Rear Axle & Rear Wheels: Pass the rear axle through the hole in the rear shock on one side of the body, through the hole in the body, and through the rear shock on the other side. Fit the rear gearbox onto the rear axle, plug the connector on the gearbox into the connector from the body, then hide the connectors. Slide a wheel onto the rear axle and match the gear part on the wheel with the gearbox. Slide a Ø12 washer onto the rear axle. Tighten a locknut to the end of the rear axle. Snap the wheel covers to the wheels.
5. Attach the Bonnet: Connect the battery wires (red to red, black to black). Fit the bonnet to the vehicle body. Tighten the 4x12 screw with a screwdriver, and turn the both seats locks to lock position to secure the bonnet.
6. Attach the Handle, Front Bumper & Steering Wheel: Fit the handle into the holes in the dash. Fit the front bumper to the vehicle body, pushing until it clicks into place. Turn the vehicle body upright. Plug the sound unit connector on the steering wheel into the connector on the vehicle body. Fit the steering wheel to the end of the steering column. Insert the Ø5 nut into the slot at the right side of the steering wheel. Line up the holes on the steering wheel with the holes on the steering column, insert the M5x35 machine screw and tighten with a screwdriver.
7. Attach the Seat Undershield: Remove the two Ø4x12 screws on the body. Insert the tabs on the seat undershield into the grooves on the vehicle body. Insert two Ø4x12 screws and tighten them with a screwdriver.
8. Attach the Seats: Fit the two seat backs to the body. Fit the two seat cushions to the body. (HINT: There is an unlock button under the seat cushion; pressing and holding it can remove the seat cushion easily.)
9. Attach the Dump: Fit a wheel arch to each side of the dumper. Insert four Ø4x12 screws and tighten. Fit the dump hinge to the dump, insert and tighten two Ø4x12 screws to secure the dump hinge with a screwdriver. Repeat for the other dump hinge. Fit the rear dump to the vehicle body. Insert and tighten four Ø4x16 screws with a screwdriver. Insert a plastic bolt into the hole in the vehicle body, through the hole in the rear dump, push hard so that it "clicks" through the hole on the opposite side of the body. Fit each spade clip to the dump gate with a Ø4x16 screw. Fit the spade to the dump. Fit the dump gate to the rear dump.
10. Attach the Roof: Fit the roof front supports to the roof, tighten two Ø4x16 screws on each roof front support. Fit the roof assembly to the body.

Your ELEMARA 24V 4WD Electric Ride-On UTV offers both manual and remote-control operation for versatile play.

Driving Modes:

• Manual Steering: The child can operate the vehicle using the steering wheel and foot pedal.

• Remote Control Riding: Parents can take control using the included remote control, which features speed control and brake functions. This is ideal for younger riders or for guiding the vehicle.

Speed Settings:

The vehicle features three-speed settings (3.1/3.7/4.5 MPH) for varied driving experiences. These can be adjusted via controls on the dashboard or the remote control.

Dump Bed Operation:

The electric dump bed can be operated using a button on the dashboard. Press once to dump the bed, and again to raise it back. The included shovel can be used for loading and unloading.

Media Features:

The vehicle includes Bluetooth connectivity and a music player for entertainment during rides.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your ride-on UTV.

Battery Care:

• The vehicle is equipped with a 24V 10AH battery.
• Charging Time: 8-12 hours.
• Play Time: Approximately 1.5 hours on a full charge, depending on usage and terrain.
• Always charge the battery fully before first use and after each use.
• Do not overcharge the battery.
• A low battery reminder feature is included.

General Cleaning:
