Unpacking the Product
Carefully place the product packaging horizontally on a flat, open surface. Inspect the packaging for any damage. If damage is observed, contact customer service immediately. Cut the adhesive tape and packing rope along the bottom edge with a knife, exercising caution for safety. Open the top cover of the carton and remove all packaging materials and related accessories. Verify that all components are present and complete according to the packing list.

Foot Tube Installation
Take out the front foot tube and insert it into the strip-shaped hole at the rear of the frame. Place the flat gasket onto the bolt, then secure it with the cover nut. Fasten it using the special open-ended wrench provided. Repeat this process for the rear foot tube installation, as the method is identical.
Note: The product may shake slightly after the front and rear foot tubes are installed. Adjust the height of the black foot covers on the foot tubes to balance the product on uneven surfaces.

Pedal Installation
Identify the pedals marked "R" (Right) and "L" (Left). Remove the nut from the "R" pedal. Align the "R" pedal with the threaded hole of the right crank and rotate it clockwise until it stops. Lock it securely with the special open-ended wrench provided. Finally, screw in the nut and tighten it. For the "L" pedal, align it with the threaded hole of the left crank and rotate it counter-clockwise until it stops. Lock it securely with the special open-ended wrench provided, then screw in and tighten the nut.
Note: The crank is also marked with "L" and "R" corresponding to the marks on the pedal. If installed incorrectly, it may cause the crank to slide and damage the product.
Armrest (Handlebar and Console) Installation
Take out the armrest (handlebar) and the armrest fixing seat. Align the three strip-shaped holes on the armrest with the threaded holes on the armrest fixing seat, then lock them with bolts 21 and 22. Take out the cup holder, place it in the shown position, and fasten it with bolts. Take out the armrest cover (which includes the electronic watch/console). First, connect the two electronic watch line plugs (1B and 2B) by inserting them through the armrest 18 and the armrest fixing seat 11, ensuring they come out from the lower opening. Insert them into the corresponding position. Gently press down on the armrest cover until it automatically clamps into place. Connect the two plugs. Put the armrest fixing seat and armrest assembly into the front tube. Unscrew the ball pin and pull it out. Insert the armrest fixing seat to a proper depth and loosen the ball pin. Move the armrest fixing seat and armrest assembly up and down to pin the pull pin into the corresponding hole of the armrest fixing seat. Then tighten the ball pin and fasten it with the S-shaped screw 26. Finally, take out the mobile phone stand, put it into the position as shown in the figure, and fasten it with bolt 25.
Cushion (Seat) Installation
Take out the seat cushion. Align the round hole at the seat cushion with the seat cushion shaft. If it doesn't fit, loosen the nut at the seat cushion with a wrench first. Insert the seat cushion and rotate it to the bottom. Straighten the seat cushion and then tighten it with an open-ended wrench. To adjust the seat height, pull open the pull pin knob and lift the cushion fixing seat up to a proper height. Loosen the pull pin knob and tighten it after the pin penetrates into the small hole of the cushion fixing seat.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your exercise bike. Perform these checks periodically:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the bike with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Bolt and Screw Check: Periodically check all bolts and screws for tightness. Tighten any loose fasteners to ensure stability and safety.
- Lubrication: The magnetic resistance system typically requires no lubrication. However, if you notice any squeaking from moving parts (e.g., seat post, handlebar post), apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant.
- Belt Drive: The silent belt drive is designed for low maintenance. Inspect it occasionally for any signs of wear or damage.
- Leveling: Re-adjust the foot covers if the bike becomes unstable or wobbly during use.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Lacuffy Exercise Bike, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bike is wobbly or unstable | Uneven floor; loose foot covers | Adjust the black foot covers on the foot tubes to level the bike. Ensure all assembly bolts are tightened. |
| Pedals are loose or make noise | Pedals not tightened correctly; incorrect installation (L/R) | Ensure pedals are screwed in tightly (clockwise for R, counter-clockwise for L) and secured with the wrench. Verify correct L/R pedal placement. |
| Squeaking or grinding noise | Loose parts; lack of lubrication on moving parts (not magnetic system) | Check and tighten all bolts and screws. Apply silicone lubricant to any non-magnetic moving parts if necessary. |
| LCD display not working | Loose cable connection; battery issue | Check the electronic watch line plugs (1B and 2B) for secure connection. Ensure batteries (if applicable) are correctly installed and functional. |
| Resistance not changing | Resistance knob not fully engaged or damaged | Ensure the resistance knob is properly connected and functioning. If the issue persists, contact customer service. |
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please feel free to contact Lacuffy customer service for further assistance. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
