5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Ingredient Preparation

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • The 4.9-inch wide feed chute allows for whole fruits and vegetables like apples, oranges, and carrots, reducing preparation time.
  • For very large or hard ingredients, or those with tough skins/seeds (e.g., pineapple, mango, avocado), it is recommended to peel them and cut them into smaller pieces to prevent clogging and ensure efficient juicing. Remove hard pits from fruits like peaches or cherries.
  • Fibrous vegetables like celery or kale should be cut into 1-2 inch pieces to prevent fibers from wrapping around the auger.

5.2 Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice and pulp containers are in place.
  2. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  3. Turn the control knob to the "ON" position. The juicer will begin operating.
  4. Slowly feed prepared ingredients into the feed chute. The upgraded pre-cutting technology will automatically process the ingredients before cold pressing.
  5. Do not force ingredients into the chute. Allow the juicer to process at its own pace.
  6. Once juicing is complete, turn the control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.
  7. Close the anti-drip stopper on the juice outlet to prevent drips.

5.3 Reverse Function

If ingredients become clogged or the juicer stops during operation, turn the control knob to the "Rev" (Reverse) position and hold for a few seconds. This will rotate the auger in the opposite direction to clear the blockage. Release the knob to return to the "OFF" position, then switch back to "ON" to resume juicing. Do not hold the "Rev" position for extended periods.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

  1. Turn the control knob to "OFF" and unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
  2. Disassemble the juicer by rotating the hopper assembly counter-clockwise and lifting it off. Remove the auger and filter screen.
  3. Rinse all detachable parts (hopper cover, auger, filter screen, juice outlet, juice container, pulp container) under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  4. Use the provided cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the filter screen, as small pulp particles can get lodged in the mesh.
  5. For stubborn residue, soak parts in warm, soapy water for a few minutes before scrubbing.
  6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or place it under running water.
  7. Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing.
  8. Note: The juicer parts are not dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended.
