4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your HEAPETS P339 Air Purifier for the first time:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future storage or transport.
  2. Filter Installation: Open the filter compartment cover. Remove all protective packaging from the pre-filters and the composite filter. Insert the filters into their designated slots, ensuring they are correctly oriented. Close the filter compartment cover securely.
  3. Placement: Place the air purifier on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) of space around all sides for optimal airflow. Avoid placing it directly against walls or furniture.

  • Do not wash the pre-filter.
  • Replace the pre-filter if it is heavily soiled or damaged. The replaceable pre-filter design helps extend the main composite filter's life up to 6 months.

6.2 Composite Filter Replacement

The composite filter (H12 HEPA, Biological Enzyme, Activated Carbon, Triple Metal) has an operational lifespan of approximately 2000 hours. A replacement reminder will appear on the unit after this period.

  1. Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
  2. Open the filter compartment cover.
  3. Remove the old composite filter.
  4. Insert a new genuine HEAPETS P339 composite filter (part number: MPHELW-P339).
  5. Close the filter compartment cover.
  6. Plug the air purifier back in and reset the filter reminder by following the instructions in Section 5.
