3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact Mobvoi customer support immediately.
3.2 Assembly
The Mobvoi Home Treadmill Plus Incline 6% requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps:
- Place the treadmill base on a flat, stable surface.
- Lift the handrails into the upright position. Secure them using the provided screws and L-shaped wrenches.
- Attach the phone mount to the designated slot on the console.
- Ensure all connections are secure before proceeding.
3.3 Placement Considerations
Choose a location that allows for safe and comfortable use. Avoid placing the treadmill on thick carpets, as this can obstruct airflow to the motor and potentially cause overheating. Ensure sufficient clearance around the unit for safety.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet and then to the treadmill's power port. Flip the main power switch located near the power cord connection to the 'ON' position. The LED display will illuminate. To power off, flip the switch to 'OFF' and unplug the unit.
4.2 Using the Safety Key
The safety key is a critical safety feature. Attach the red clip to your clothing, and place the magnetic end into the designated slot on the console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place. Removing the safety key will immediately stop the treadmill.
4.3 Operating Modes and Speed Adjustment
The treadmill offers three primary modes:
- Walking Mode: Speed range 0.6 - 3.8 mph. Ideal for light exercise or walking while working.
- Workstation Mode: Speed range 0.6 - 3.8 mph. Designed for use with a standing desk.
- Running Mode: Speed range 0.6 - 7.6 mph. For jogging and running workouts.
Speed can be adjusted using the console buttons or the remote control:
- Console Buttons: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to incrementally adjust speed. Shortcut buttons '3' and '6' can instantly set speeds to 1.9 mph and 3.7 mph respectively.
- Remote Control: The included remote control allows for convenient speed adjustments from a distance.

4.4 Manual Incline Adjustment
The Mobvoi Home Treadmill Plus features a manual incline adjustment from 0% to 6%. To adjust the incline, locate the adjustable feet at the rear of the treadmill. Lift the rear of the treadmill slightly and rotate the feet to raise or lower the incline to your desired level. Ensure both feet are adjusted evenly for stability.

The user-friendly LED display cycles through essential metrics every 5 seconds, including:

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Mobvoi Home Treadmill Plus Incline 6%.
5.1 Cleaning
Wipe down the treadmill surfaces with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
5.2 Running Belt Lubrication
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Use the provided lubricant oil and follow the instructions in the separate lubrication guide (if applicable) or apply a small amount under the belt every few months, depending on usage frequency.
5.3 Running Belt Adjustment
If the running belt starts to slip or drift to one side, it may need adjustment. Use the included L-shaped wrenches to turn the tension bolts at the rear of the treadmill. Turn clockwise to tighten the belt or move it to the right, and counter-clockwise to loosen or move it to the left. Adjust in small increments (quarter turns) until the belt is centered and properly tensioned.

6. Troubleshooting
