3. Setup Instructions

3. Push the crown back into the normal position. The second hand will resume movement.

3.2 Chronograph Reset (if hands are not at zero)

1. Pull the crown out to the second click position.
2. Press Pusher A (top button) repeatedly to advance the chronograph second hand to the '0' (12 o'clock) position.
3. Press Pusher B (bottom button) repeatedly to advance the chronograph minute hand to the '0' (12 o'clock) position.
4. Once all chronograph hands are reset to zero, push the crown back into the normal position.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Chronograph Function

The chronograph allows you to measure elapsed time independently of the main time display.

1. Start: Press Pusher A to start the chronograph. The chronograph second hand will begin to move.
2. Stop: Press Pusher A again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time will be indicated by the chronograph hands.
3. Reset: After stopping the chronograph, press Pusher B to reset all chronograph hands to the '0' position.
4. Intermediate Time (Split Time): While the chronograph is running, press Pusher B to measure an intermediate time. The chronograph hands will stop to indicate the split time. Press Pusher B again to resume chronograph measurement.

4.2 Water Resistance Guidelines

Your Fastrack Kronos watch has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM (50 meters). This means it is suitable for:

• Daily use and splashes.
• Rain.
• Short periods of recreational swimming.

Important Precautions:

• Do not operate the crown or pushers when the watch is wet or submerged in water.
