Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the case to a power source using a compatible USB-C cable. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and in the charging case.
2. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
4. Select "VIAIM Air" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, you will hear an audible confirmation, and the indicator lights on the earbuds will change.

3. VIAIM App Installation

For full functionality, including AI features and advanced settings, download the official VIAIM App from your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store). Search for "VIAIM" and install the application.

Basic Controls

The VIAIM Air earbuds are primarily controlled via the VIAIM App. Basic functions like play/pause and call management can be performed through the app interface once connected.

• Real-time Transcription: Supports live transcription of conversations and meetings in 11 languages.
• Translation: Provides real-time translation for seamless communication across language barriers.
• Recording: Offers live, audio/video, and call recording capabilities directly through the app.
• Smart Summarization & To-Do List Generation: The AI can analyze recorded content to highlight key points and instantly generate actionable to-do lists.

Note: The international version of the VIAIM App includes a free 600-minute transcription package per month. Additional transcription time can be purchased within the app.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Keep charging ports free of dust and debris.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and maintain battery life. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing/connecting:

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
• Forget "VIAIM Air" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Restart your device.

No sound or low volume:

• Check the volume level on both your device and within the VIAIM App.
• Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
• Confirm the earbuds are connected to your device.

Charging issues:

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
• Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
