5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge your iDIGMALL G2 headset.

  1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the headset.
  2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the headset's charging port.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  4. The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, blue for fully charged).
  5. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

5.2 Pairing with Devices

The iDIGMALL G2 uses Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and fast connections.

  1. Ensure the headset is charged and powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Multi-function Button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "iDIGMALL G2" from the list of found devices.
  5. Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly.
  6. The headset supports dual device connection, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously.

5.3 Wearing the Headset

The iDIGMALL G2 is designed for comfortable, all-day wear.

  1. Place the ear hooks over your ears, ensuring the speakers rest gently outside your ear canals.
  2. Adjust the flexible titanium alloy band for a secure and comfortable fit around the back of your head.
  3. Position the boom microphone close to your mouth for optimal voice pickup. The microphone can be rotated 270° to suit your preference.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash blue.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for 5 seconds. The LED indicator will turn off.

6.2 Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Short press the Multi-function Button.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for 2 seconds.

6.3 Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Short press the Multi-function Button.
  • Next Track: Double press the Multi-function Button.
  • Previous Track: Triple press the Multi-function Button.

6.4 Volume Control

  • Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button (+).
  • Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button (-).

6.5 Voice Assistant

  • Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the Volume Up button (+) for 2 seconds.

6.6 Mute Function

  • Mute/Unmute Microphone: Short press the Mute button (usually located on the boom mic or a dedicated button).

6.7 Game Mode

  • Switch to Game Mode: Press and hold the Volume Down button (-) for 2 seconds. You will hear a voice prompt.
  • Exit Game Mode: Press and hold the Volume Down button (-) for 2 seconds again.
  • Note: Game mode provides approximately 70ms audio delay for optimized gaming experience.

7. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity of your iDIGMALL G2 headset.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the headset. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Charging: Charge the headset regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health. Avoid leaving it fully discharged for long periods.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your iDIGMALL G2 headset, refer to the following common solutions:
