4. Setup and Assembly

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Starting and Stopping

• Top trimming: Hold the hedge trimmer at a slight angle to the top of the hedge, moving it in a sweeping motion.
• Side trimming: Work from the bottom upwards, using a wide, sweeping motion. This helps ensure cut material falls away from the uncut hedge.
• Cutting capacity: The hedge trimmer is suitable for branches up to a maximum diameter of 24 mm. Do not force the blades through thicker branches.
