Parts List

• Resting boxes (2 pieces)

Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward with pre-drilled and labeled parts. A detailed manual is included with the product to guide you through each step. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly due to the size of some components.

1. Unpack and Organize: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out. Verify all parts against the provided parts list.
2. Assemble Base Structure: Follow the numbered steps in the included manual to connect the main wooden frame panels using the provided hardware.
3. Install Wire Mesh Panels: Secure the wire mesh panels into the designated slots or frames as per the manual.
4. Attach Platforms and Resting Boxes: Position and secure the 7 platforms and 2 resting boxes at the desired heights within the enclosure. Ensure they are stable.
5. Install Waterproof Roof: Attach the polycarbonate hollow top panel, ensuring it is properly aligned and secured to provide weather resistance.
6. Attach Doors and Latches: Install the main access door(s) and secure the safety latches.

Operating Instructions

The catio is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, offering a secure space for your cats to play and relax.

• Placement: Choose a location that is flat and provides adequate shade or sun exposure depending on your cat's needs and local climate. The UV-resistant roof helps protect from harsh sun.
• Access: Use the large door(s) with latches for easy entry and exit for both pets and owners.
• Activity: Encourage your cats to explore the multiple platforms for climbing and jumping. The two resting boxes offer private, sheltered spots for naps.
• Enrichment: Place food, water, toys, and a litter box inside to make the catio a comfortable and engaging space.

• Wood Care: While the cedar wood is durable, consider applying a pet-safe, weather-resistant sealant annually to prolong its life, especially if used outdoors.
• Roof Care: Keep the polycarbonate roof clean to ensure maximum light transmission and inspect for any cracks or damage.

Troubleshooting

• Stability Issues: Ensure the catio is placed on a completely level surface. Double-check that all screws are tightened. If the ground is uneven, consider shimming the base.
